Özet
Dünya ekonomisinin her geçen gün büyümesi ve gelişmesi mevcut sistemin eksikliklerinin görülmesine neden olmuştur. Aslında yeni bir sitem olmayan ve İslamiyet'in doğuşuyla başlayan faizsiz sistemin varlığı ancak yüzyıllar geçtikten sonra anlaşılmaya başlanmıştır Günümüzde 30 yıllık bir geçmişe sahip olan faizsiz finansman sisteminin önemi gün geçtikçe daha iyi anlaşılmaktadır. Dünyada yaşanan ekonomik dalgalanmalar faizsiz sisteminin önemini daha da artırmıştır. Faizsiz finansman sitemini yeni projelere yatırım yapmak isteyen girişimciler için riski azaltması sebebiyle dolayı mevcut sistemden daha sağlam bir yapıya sahiptir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde faizsiz finansman sisteminin oluşumu işleyişi ile bilgiler verişmekte, faizli ve faizsiz finansman sisteminin yöntem ve araçları anlatılmaktadır. İkinci bölümde ise faizsiz finansman yöntemlerinden olan mudaraba yönteminin risk sermeyesi ile benzerliği inceleme ve faizsiz finansman yöntemlerinden olan SUKUK yöntemi açıklanmıştır. Çalışma konularının panel bir değerlendirmesini içeren sonuç bölümü ile tanımlanmıştır.

The growth and accretion of world economy day by day has led to the realization of the current system's deficiencies. The existence of interest-free system, which is not a new one and started with the birth of Islam, began to be understood after many centuries. The importance of interest free system that has a 30 years history has been understood clearly day by day. The economic fluctuations in the world have increased the importance of interest-free system. Due to the interest-free system's structure of minimizing risk, especially for enterprisers who want to make new projects, it has more steady structure than the current system. In the first part of this study, information about the evolution, operation of the interest-free system, and the practice and implements of an interest bearing and interest-free financing system are explained. The similarity of a venture system with a community of interest, one of the practises of the interest-free financing system, and a non-interest-bearing note practises are explained in the second part. In the final part, examples relevant to the topic are given.
