Özet

Bu çalışmada, Ardahan ili atmosferindeki polen tipleri ve yoğunlukları 22 Ocak 2013–28 Ocak 2014 tarihleri arasında gravimetrik metot kullanılarak belirlenmeye çalışıldı. Bir yıl süresince polen örnekleri haftada bir değişitirildi ve her hafta için bir preparat hazırlandı. Preparatlar ışık mikroskobunda 400'lük büyütmede incelendi. Çalışılan bölgede cm2'deki polen yoğunlu polen takvimi olarak gösterildi. Sonuçlar çalışma bölgesindeki meteorolojik verilerle mukayese edildi. Çalışma süresince toplam 29 takson (3741 polen/cm2) tespit edildi. Ardahan ili atmosferinde tespit edilen 29 taksonun 14 tanesinin odunsu (%50.63) ve 15 tanesinin otsu (%49.24) olduğu belirlendi. Tanımlanamayan polenler ise toplam polenlerin %013'ünü oluşturduğu tespit edildi. Odunsu bitki polenlerinin (%50.63) çalışma bölgesinde dominant olduğu görüldü. Pinus sp. (%21.95), Carpinus sp. (%5.85), Acer sp. (%5.67), Populus sp. (%4.84), Betula sp. (%3.34) and Abies sp. (%3.31) türlerinin çalışma bölgesinde dominant bitki türleri olduğu belirlendi. Otsu bitkilerden Poaceae (%10.51), Arthemisia sp. (%9.14), Xanthium sp. (%9.01), Urticaceae (%6.60), Apiaceae (%5.24) ve Chenopodiaceae/Amaranthaceae (%4.46) dominat otsu taksonlar olduğu belirlendi. Maksimum polen yoğunluğu Mayıs ve Haziran 2013'te kaydedildi.

Pollen types and concentration in the atmospher of Ardahan province were tried to determine by using Gravimetric method between 22th January 2013 and 28th Januray 2014 in this study. During one year period pollen samples were changed only one time in a week and pollen siledes were prepared for each week. Pollen slides were examined as 400 magnification in the light microscobe. Pollen concentration per cm2 in the study area was expressed as pollen calendar. Results of this study were compared with the meteorological data in the study area. Total 29 taxa (3741 pollen grains per cm2) were reported during study period. As a result, 14 of this 29 taxa were determined as arboreal (50.63%) and 15 taxa nonarboreal (49.24%) in the atmospher of Ardahan province. Unidentified pollens were composed (0.13%) of total pollens Arboreal plants pollen grains (50.63%) were seen as the dominant pollen producers in the study area. Pinus sp. (21.95%), Carpinus sp. (5.85%), Acer sp. (5.67%), Populus sp. (4.84%), Betula sp. (3.34%) and Abies sp. (3.31%) were determinde the dominant plant species. From nonarboreal plant taxa, Poaceae (10.51%), Arthemisia sp. (9.14%), Xanthium sp. (9.01%), Urticaceae (6.60%), Apiaceae (5.24%), Chenopodiaceae/Amaranthaceae (4.46%) were determined as dominant taxa. Maximum pollen concentration was recorded in May and June 2013.
