Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Web 2.0 sesli ve görüntülü görüşme (Skype) uygulamalarının yabancılara Türkçe öğretiminde öğrencilerin konuşma becerilerini geliştirmeye etkisini tespit etmek, öğrencinin süreç sonunda bu uygulamaya karşı görüşlerinin neler olduğunu öğrenmek olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu araştırmada karma yöntem kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın nicel verileri için yarı deneysel desenlerden ön test ve son test kontrol gruplu model; nitel verileri için odak grup görüşmesi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2014-2015 eğitim öğretim yılında İstanbul il merkezinde öğrenim gören B2 öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın örneklemi ise 30 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Katılımcıların % 43,33'ü kız , % 56.66'sı erkek öğrencidir. Araştırma verileri Sallabaş (2001) tarafından geliştirilip geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması yapılan Konuşma Değerlendirme Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Öğrencilerin demografik bilgilerinin elde edilmesinde araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan Kişisel Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen verilerin analizinde İçerik Analizi, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Shapiro-Wilk testi, Eşleştirilmiş Grup T-testi ve T testi kullanılmıştır. Nicel verilerin analizi SPSS 22.0 programıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonunda, başarı değişim (kazanım) düzeyi olarak bakıldığında Web 2.0 sesli ve görüntülü görüşme (Skype) uygulamaları konuşma becerisi üzerinde olumlu bir etki yapmış ve deney grubu lehine bir gelişim kaydedilmiştir. Bu gelişim, yeterli düzeyde olmadığı için grup ortalamaları arasındaki fark, istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bulunmamıştır.

The aim of this study is to find out whether Web 2.0 Visual and Auditory Communication (Skype) Applications have a positive effect on the learning of the Turkish language and to discover the opinion of the students on the program at the end of the process. The mixed method has been used in this research. For quantitative data of the research, pre-test, post-test, control group model were used among experimental patterns; and focus group and individual interviews were used for qualitative data. The sample of this study was composed of thirty students. The research group was consisted of the students learning Turkish at B2 level in the courses in Istanbul city center in the 2014-2015 educational year. The percentage of the students in the research group was 43.33 % female and 56.66 % male. The data collected were analyzed through a Speaking Assessment Rubric developed by Sallabas (2001) for testing to be both reliable and valid. The demographic information of the students was collected through a Personal Information Form that was prepared by the researcher. To analyze the data, Content analysis, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Shapiro-Wilk test, Paired sample T-test and independent samples T test were used. To analyze quantitative data, SPSS 22.0 was used. At the end of the research, as far as the change level of success, it was observed that Web 2.0 Visual and Auditory Communication (Skype) Application has a positive effect on speaking abilities, and it has been recorded that this application has helped the control group. Since this improvement was not at a sufficient level, the difference among the group averages was not found statistically meaningful.
