Özet
Her dilin kendine özgü bir takım gramer öğeleri vardır. Arap Dili gramerinin de kendine özgü öğelerinden biri, cümlenin yardımcı unsurlarından olan ancak gerektiği yerde kullanılması durumunda cümleye lafız ve anlam zenginliği katan tâbi'lerdir. Bu tâbi'lerden bedel ve atfu'l-beyân tâbi' oldukları kelimeyi açıklar, karışıklığı giderir ve anlamın genişlemesini önleyerek mecâz ihtimalini ortadan kaldırırlar. Her ikisi de tâbi' olma hususunda metbû'larının aynısıdır. Bununla beraber atfu'l-beyânda asıl anlatılmak istenen metbû'u, bedelde ise metbû'unu net bir şekilde açıklamasına rağmen cümlede asıl kastedilen bedeldir. Atfu'l-beyânın âmili metbû'unun da âmilidir. Bedelin âmili ise metbû'unun âmilinin tekrarı hükmündedir. Atfu'l-beyânın, metbû'u ile arasında uyum şartı aranması sebebiyle Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'de lafız ve anlam yönünden kullanımı sınırlıdır. Bedelin ise metbû'u ile arasında uyum şartı olmaması dolayısıyla hem anlam hem de lafız yönüyle Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'de kullanımı zenginlik arz etmektedir.
Özet (Çeviri)
Every language has some idiosyncratic grammar elements. One of the idiosyncratic elements of the grammar of Arabic Language is subordinates (tâbi) which are among auxiliary constituents, but add wording and meaning richness to the sentence when used if necessary. Among these subordinates (tâbi)“bedel”and“atfu'l-beyân”clarify the word that they are subject to, resolve the confusion and remove the probability of metaphor by preventing the extension of meaning. Both of them are the same in rems of what they are subject to in the matter being subject. However,“atfu'l-beyân”refers to what is subjected to, and“bedel”on the other hand, refers to what in fact is intended in the sentence, although it clearly explains what it is subject to. Infix ('âmil) of“atfu'l-beyân”is also the infix of what is subjected to (metbû). Infix of“bedel”is though, in the nature of repeat of infix of what is subjected to (metbû). Due to the harmony is required between“atfu'l-beyân”and what is subjected to (metbû), its usage in Holy Quran in terms of wording and meanıng is restricted. But, because of the harmony is not required between“bedel”and what is subject to, its usage in Holy Quran provides in terms of both wording and meaning richness.
