For the last fed decade the supply chain management strategy has been under consideration and has been discussed at different forms. The literatures suggest that as the supply chain encompasses almost all the different activities which are undertaken by the business. Therefore the literature suggests that the supply chain management strategy is a key to influence the different performance measures of the organization. This study analyzed the supply chain management strategy at Unilever headquarters in London by collecting data f r om ICQ respondents through self administered questioners. The study identified the key factors and their importance in the supply chain management strategy of the organization. Using the simple regression model the study analyzed the relationship between the different variables with respect to the supply chain of the organization. The results of the study suggest that supply chain management strategy has a positive relationship with all the three independent variables of the study namely, logistics, marketing and financial performance. The study also found that the search for new and innovative ways to integrate the different tasks of the supply chain and effective communication with the suppliers is also a key t o the effectiveness of the supply chain management strategy of the organization.
