Özet (Çeviri)
The purpose of this thesis is to elucidate what philosophy and politics emerge from Wittgenstein's study entitled theTractatus Logico-Philosophicus. This work proffers a clear view about language and its limitations. In his opinion, subjects which are―outside of language‖ (i.e. philosophical questions—especially religious discourse) should not be spoken of only shown. I interpret this to mean that, politically, Wittgenstein would opt for such institutions tobe excluded from society for the sake of reasonability. To approach this topic, the first chapterprovides a general view of the problem. The second chapter explores how philosophical problems derive from the nature of language and, ergo, what should be excluded from language due to its limitations. This is because constructing establishments based upon that which cannot be said allowsfor confrontation in the societal context. The third chapterexamines Wittgenstein's ‗Lectures on Religious Belief.' Itexploreswhy it is not possible to speak about religion because of its being what Wittgenstein calls ―nonsensical.‖The forth chapter elucidates the relationship between religion and global civil society. This chapter also examines the United States of America's Religious Freedom Report to show how many abuses against religious freedom are still being expressed all around the world. In the fifth chapter, after analysing Laborde and Bader's works on the topic, the author attempts to determine what kind of secularism would be most fitting for a new society. Consequently,if a topicexceeds the limits of language is also at the foundation of one of society's institutions, then that institution should remain a personal affair for any given agent and should not be accepted as a public institution. Thus, what cannot be spoken of is that which also should not be constructed as an establishment in society—especially with relation to religious discourse.
