In this study New Generation Automated Guided Vehicle manufactured by Guidance Automation is implemented into material flow. AGVs have been known since 1950s however they had lost their popularity at last decade. The vehicle which is used particularly in this project is new generation and low-cost one which means that AGVs could get their reputation again soon. The case study which is used in this study is conducted with the Unipart Company which name is UTL. Aim of this study is firstly defining the current AGVs, their features and existing applications. After that describing the pre-works and concerns of UTL before this new generation vehicle deployed into area. Next step is describing the current material handling, finding the suitable area for implementation. Desining a AGV system with defining limitations of project comes for the place which is founded at previous purpose. Before finalising the study ,possible benefits and ROI is calculated. Last purpose of this study is creating framework for next applications. For research methodology, interpretivistic philosophy, deductive and inductive approaches, case study strategy, longditunal time horizon, semi-structured interviews and participant as a observer data collection methods are chosen. This study is conducted with qualitative data. Result of this project shows us the what kind of H&S considerations take into account, how the vehicle can do, which way should be followed for deployment and which way could be used for calculating ROI. The project ended up with successful launch and theoretically it is proved that the vehicle could be supportive for business performance.For reality numbers which is reached might not be match with real number due to reliability or any other unexpected circumstances however difference would be intangible.
