Contribution of tourism to the economy of countries has increased recently. Tourism represents the majority of revenues in countries nowadays. Tourism has become a very important sector for the economy of countries, with its direct effect on the revenue of countries,with its relations with other sectors and owing to its contributions to the employment. In this study, positive and negative effects of tourism to our country and financial problems of enterprises which show activity in tourism sector have been examined. In the first section, tourism economy has been examined generally. In the second section, tourism financing and funding available to tourism enterprises have been explained. In the third section, financial problems which is faced by tourism enterprises have been examined. Within this research, a survey has been carried out in the southeast Anatolian region on tourism businesses. Survey has been carried out in 98 of 200 enterprises in the region. In this research some questions have multiple-choice, others have been prepared according to the Likert-type scale. As a result of the research, all enterprisings in the region have been effected by financial. It's been found that obtaining loans from banks is difficult for enterprises. The enterprisings are effected by giro fluctuation because of seasonal fluctuation.
