Özet
Bu çalışmada Caryophyllaceae familyasına ait Silene capillipes Boiss. & Heldr. türünün morfolojik ve anatomik özellikleri belirlendi. Morfolojik çalışmalarda türün; gövde, yaprak, çiçek ve meyve kısımlarının ölçümleri yapıldı ve tablolar halinde verildi. Anatomik incelemelerde ise, türün kök, gövde ve yapraklarından, mikrotom ve el ile kesitler alınarak boyandı ve daimi preparatlar haline getirildi. Daha sonra kameralı mikroskop yardımıyla bu preparatların fotoğrafları çekildi ve ayrıntılı anatomik incelemeler yapıldı. Bitkilerin yapraklarından yüzeysel kesitler alınarak stoma özellikleri incelendi ve stoma indeksi hesaplandı.

In this study, properties of morphological, anatomical and ecological of the Silene capillipes Boiss. & Heldr. a species which belong to family of Caryophyllaceae were determined. Morphological features of stem, leaf, flower and fruit were measured and given in tables. The section of root, stem, leaves were taken by microtom and hand for anatomical features. These sections were painted and were made constant slide. After that they were taken photograph of these slides with assist of microscope which has camera. Stomata characteristics were examined by section taken superficial from these plants leaves and stomatal index was calculated.
