Özet

Pehlivan, Necmettin, İçerik Bakımından Kıyas, Master Tezi, Danışman: Doç. Dr. İsmail Köz, s. 133. Tez; giriş, iki bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Giriş'te mantık'ın tanımını yaptık; tasdik türlerini açıkladık; içerik bakımından kıyas nedir sorusunu cevapladık. Birinci bölümü, iki ana bölüme ayırdık. Birinci bölüm kesin olan evveliyât, fıtriyât, müşahedât, hadsiyât, mücerrebât ve mütevatirât önermelerden oluşmaktadır. İkinci bölüm de kesin olmayan meşhurât, müsellemât, makbulât, maznunât, muhayyelât ve vehmiyyât önemelerden oluşmaktadır. Bu iki ana bölümde bu önemelerin niçin kesin veya niçin kesin olmadıklarını açıkladık. İkinci bölümde beş ana konuya ayrıldı. Birincisi burhan olup, burada burhan'ın tanımı, temel yapısını, orta terimi belirlemenin yollarını, öncüllerini, türlerini ve değerini şilendi. İkincisi cedel olup, burada da cedelin tanımı, öncülleri, amacı, kullanımı, işleyişi ve değeri işlendi. Üçüncüsü hitabet olup, burada hitabetin tanımı, amacı, öncülleri, işleyişi ve değeri açıklandı. Dördüncüsü ise şiir olup, burada şiirin şiirin tanımı, amacı, öncülleri, işleyişi ve türleri işlendi; şairlerin sınıfı şiirin diğer sanatlarla ilişkisi, şiirde yanlış ve değeri açıklandı. Beşincisi safsata olup, burada da safsatanın tanımı, amacı, öncülleri, işleyişi, türü ve değeri işlendi. Sonuçta ise tezin genel bir özetini yaptık.

ABSTRACTION Pehlivan, Necmettin, The Matter of Syllogism, Master Thesis, Advisor: Doç. Dr. İsmail Köz, p. 133. The Thesis consist of an Introduction, two chapter and a conclusion. In the Introduction, I defined the word of logic, explaining the kinds of assertion (tasdîk) and answered the question what is the matter of syllogism. The first chapter was divided into two main topics. The first topic is certain (yakîn ) premisses which are awwaliyât, fıtriyât, musahâdât, hadsiyât, mucarrabât and mutawatirât. The second topic is non-certain (gayru yakîn ) premisses which are mashurât, musallamât, makbulât, maznunât, muhayyalât, and wahmiyyât. In these two topics, I explained why is certain or non-certain premises. The second chapter was seperated five topics. The first topic is burhân (demonstration), which was investigated the defination and essential chracter of, the determination of middle term of, the premisses of, the kinds of, the worth of burhân. The second topic is jadal ( dialectic), which was examined the defination of, the premisses of, the aim and the use of, the process of, the worth of cedel. The third topic is hitabat ( rethoric), wich was investigated the defination and the aim of, the premises of, the process of, the worth of hitabat. The fourth topic is shi'r ( poetica), wich was investigated the defination and the aim of, the premisses of, the process of, the class of poets in, the kinds of poetry, and was explained the poetry and other arts, the error in the poetry, the worth of poetry. The fifth topic is safsatah ( sophistici elenchi ), which was investigated the defination and the aim of, the premisses of, the process of, the kinds of errors of, the worth of safsata. In the conclusion, I summarized all of the thesis.
