Özet
Bu çalışmada, yemeklik soğanda siyah küf hastalığını önleyen AS3 (aflatoksin üretmeyen Aspergillus flavus Link), TRIC7 ve TRIC8 (Trichoderma harzianum Rifai) izolatları, ve ticari bir mikorhiza preparatı (MycoZoom-bitki gelişmesini teşvik edici), ayçiçeğinde bitki gelişimi ve Plasmopara halstedii (Farl.) Berlese et de Toni tarafından oluşturulan mildiyö hastalığına karşı etkileri açısından test edilmişlerdir. Potansiyel antagonistlerle tohum uygulamasında yüzey sterilizasyonu yapılan tohumlar antagonistlerin konidi süspansüyonları (1X107 conidia/ml) içinde 1 saat çalkalanmıştır. Mycorhiza ile tohum uygulaması ise firma tarafından önerilen doz ve sürede (0.075g/100 ml su ve 1 saat) gerçekleştirilmiştir. Hastalığın kontrolü testlerinde ayrıca antagonistlerle 6 saat süreli tohum uygulaması da yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak tüm uygulamalar tohum çimlenmesini teşvik etmiştir. Uygulamalar arasında TRIC8 bitki boyu, yaprak genişliği, yaprak uzunluğu, yaprak indeksi ve sayısı yönünden en yüksek değerleri almıştır. The isolates of AS3 (non-aflatoxigenic Aspergillus flavus Link), TRIC7 and TRIC8 (Trichoderma harzianum Rifai) which controlled black mold disease in onion, and a commercial mycorrhiza preparate (MycoZoom-inducer plant growth) were tested for their effects on plant growth and the disease incidence caused by Plasmopara halstedii (Farl.) Berlese et de Toni in sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) in this study. The surface-sterilized sunflower seeds were treated with the conidia suspension (1X107 conidia/ml) of potential antagonists by shaking the seeds for 1 hour. Solution of MycoZoom was applied to the seeds at the recommended dosage and duration for agitation by the firm (0.075g/100 ml water and 1 hour. In the evaluation tests of disease incidence, the seeds were also exposed to the agitation in conidia suspension of antagonists for 6 hours. All treatments induced the germination of seeds.
