Özet
Lojistik rekabet üstünlüğü için önemlidir. Müşteri lojistik performansında son karar verici olduğundan, müşterinin sürekli değişen istekleri ve tercihlerine etkili ve zamanında yanıt verme başarılı firma performansında temel faktörlerden birisidir. Lojistik faaliyetler tedarik, üretim ve dağıtım lojistiği olarak üç alanda gerçekleştirilmektedir. Küresel ekonomiyi şekillendiren en önemli teknolojik etkiler bilgi teknolojisi ve nakliye teknolojisidir. Bu teknolojilerin her ikisi de şimdiye kadar görülmüş olan en etkili küresel ticaret türünü oluşturmak için toplanmışlardır. Bir şirketin buluşlar yapma, üretme, takip etme, nakliye ve ürünlerin bir tamamlama merkezine veya perakende yerine dağıtımının yapma becerileri hem nakliye hem de bilgi teknolojileri tarafından desteklenmektedir. Gerek tedarik lojistiği ve üretim lojistiği, gerekse dağıtım lojistiği rekabetçi avantaj için önemlidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Mersin Tarsus Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde faaliyette bulunan işletmelerin tedarik,ve dağıtım lojistiği eğilimlerinin tespit edilmesidir. Bu amaçla anket yoluyla veriler toplanmış ve istatistik analizleri yapılmış ve önemli bulgular elde edilmiştir.

Logistics is important for proving a competitive edge that is sustainable and traceable. Because clients are the last decision makers at the logistics performance, response effective and on time to the continuously changing requests and options of the clients is the basic element at the performance of a successful company. Logistic activities are performed in 3 fields as procurement, production and distribution logistics. The most important technological effects that form the global economy are the information technology and transport technology. Both of these two technologies have assembled for forming the most effective global trade type ever seen. Capabilities of a company for performing discoveries, production, pursuit, transport and performing the delivery of the goods to an end production center or retail sales center are realized both by transport and information technologies. Respectively, the effective system that consists of this supply chain and logistics is forming high rate of global competition. Supply Logistics, Production Logistics and Delivery logistics is very important to competitive advantages. Purpose of this study is determining the trend of the performance of supply and delivery logistics on of the enterprises that are in activity at the Mersin Organized Industrial Zone and the factors that are the most effective at the company performance.
