Özet
Yoğun çalışma koşullarının etkisiyle dinlenme gereksiniminin ortaya çıkması sonucu insanlar tatil yapma ihtiyacı duymaya başlamışlardır. Bu kapsamda diğer turizm çeşitlerinin yanında sağladığı avantajlardan dolayı devre mülk ve devre tatil sistemleri, ulusal ve uluslararası turizm pazarında en hızlı gelişen alternatif turizm çeşitlerinden birisi olmaya başlamıştır. Bu hızlı gelişimin ülke ekonomilerine katkılarının yanında tüketicilere, işletmecilere ve yerel halka pek çok yararı bulunmaktadır. Özellikle son yıllarda otel işletmelerinin devre mülk ve devre tatil endüstrisi ile birleşmesi sonucu karma kullanım sistemi ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu karma kullanım sayesinde işletmelerin doluluk oranları yükselmiş ve gelirleri artmaya başlamıştır. Bunların yanı sıra otel işletmeleri ile devre mülk ve devre tatil sistemlerinin birleşmesiyle işletmelerin verimliliği artmıştır. Ayrıca iki endüstri birbirleriyle rekabet etmek yerine güçlerini birleştirerek müşterilerin istek ve beklentileri eksiksiz karşılanmaya başlamışlardır. Böylece talepleri karşılanan müşterilerin memnuniyet düzeylerinde ise olumlu yönde gelişmeler yaşanmaya başlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda araştırmanın amacı; devre mülk ve devre tatil sistemlerinin müşteriler tarafından nasıl karşılandığını saptayıp, müşterilerin bu sistemlerde ne gibi sorunlarla karşılaştıklarını ortaya koyarak müşterilerin memnuniyet derecelerini tespit etmektir. Araştırmanın bu amacına yönelik olarak Balıkesir'de faaliyet gösteren devre mülk ve devre tatil tesislerinden yararlanan veya yararlanmış olan 389 müşteri örneklem seçilmiş ve veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket tekniği uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre devre kullanıcıların büyük bir çoğunluğu, devreli sistemlerin gerek aileler için uygun ve ekonomik bir tatil çeşidi olması gerekse iyi bir yatırım aracı olması gibi sağladığı ekonomik avantajlar ile birlikte, çalışan personelin misafirlere karşı olumlu tavırlar sergilemelerinden dolayı devre kullanıcıları devreli sistemler hakkında olumlu görüşe sahiptir. Bunun yanında alınan bakım ve onarım ücretlerinin yüksekliği, yıllık aidat ücretlerinin devamlı artması, yıllık ödenen aidatların yüksek olması gibi yaşanan bazı sorunlar ortaya çıkmıştır.

The result of the emergence of rest requirement under the influence of intensive working conditions, people have begun to feel the need to make holiday. In this context, timeshare and timeshare systems because of the advantages as well as other types of tourism, in the national and international tourism market has become one of the fastest developing alternative forms of tourism. In addition to contributing to the rapid growth of this consumer economy of the country, there are many benefits to operators and local communities. Especially recently years in the hotel business was gathered with timesharing and time-share industry as a result of the statu mixeduse system has emerged. With this mixed-use occupancy rates rose and the company began to revenues. These hotels as well as the efficiency of the company by the merger of timeshare and timeshare systems business increased. In addition, customers request combines the power of two industry rather than compete with each other and began to fully meet expectations. If the demands are met so that the customer satisfaction level has begun experiencing positive development. The aim of this research context; How do we detect met by customers of timeshare and timeshare system, the customer to determine the degree of customer satisfaction by revealing they encounter problems, such as how these systems. Timesharing operating in Balıkesir for the purpose of this research and the circuit which has the benefit or advantage of the resort 389 customers selected sample survey techniques and data collection method was applied. the circuit user according to the results obtained have positive views about the appropriate and economical holiday types to be both a good investment provided such that the vehicle economic benefits with staff working against the visitors due to the exhibiting positive attitudes circuit users circuit system for families need the majority of the circuit system. The high level of service and maintenance fees collected. Moreover, the continuous increase in the annual subscription has emerged experienced some problems such as the high level of annual dues.
