Özet
İnsanın iki özelliği vardır, birisi düşünce diğeri ise beyan'dır. Bu beyan'ın anahtarı kelime'dir; kelime yapısıyla ilgilenen ilim de sarftır. Sarf, kelimenin değişik hey'etlerinin farklı ve çeşitli manaları için kullanılmasıyla ilgilenen Arapçanın bir dalıdır. Birinci amacı dili telaffuz ederken hatalardan korumak; ikincisi de dil hazinesini zenginleştirmektir. Ünlü âlim ve dilci Sekkâkî dev eseri“Miftâḥu'l-'ulûm'”un ilk bölümünde sarf ilmini özel ve yeni bir metotla incelemiştir. Ayrıca Sekkâkî dili; sarf, iştikāk, nahiv, belâgat, mantık ve aruz dallarıyla bir bütün olarak sunmuştur. Bu çalışma bir giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Girişte sarf ilminin tarifi, konusu, kurucusu, ehemmiyeti, dilin diğer dallarıyla ilişkisi, kaynakları ve öne çıkan metotları gözden geçirilmiştir. Birinci bölümde Sekkâkî'nin hayatı ve eserleri üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde Sekkâkî'nin sarftaki metodu izah edilmiştir. Sekkâkî sarfı üç fasılda (bölüm) inceler. Birinci fasılda kısaca sarf ilminin tarifini verir. İkinci fasılda sarf ilmine ulaşma yolunu belirtir. Bu yol iki bâbdan oluşur. Birinci bâbda harflere ait konuları incelemiş, ikinci bâbda da kelime hey'etlerine ait konuları beyan etmiştir. Üçüncü fasılda sarf ilminin kalan konularını geniş bir şekilde açıklamıştır. Üçüncü bölümde Sekkâkî'nin metodu, sarfın bütün konuları incelenerek farklı yöntemle sergilenmiştir. Sonuçta da Sekkâkî'nin metodunun farklı ve yeni olduğu özetlenmiştir.

Human has two characteristics, one is thinking and the other one is statement. Key of this statement is the word and it is Morphology concerned with the structure of words. Morphology is a branch of Arabic language concerned with the use of different structures of words for their different and various meanings. The first purpose is to detect errors when pronouncing and the second is to enrich the language treasure. Renowned scholar and linguist Sekkâkî examines Morphology with a specific and new method in the first part of his giant work“Miftâḥu'l-'ulûm”. Furthermore, Sekkâkî has presented the language as a whole with its branches of morphology, etymology, syntax, eloquenceas, logic and prosody. This study consists of an introduction and three sections. Description, subject, founder and importance of Morphology and its relationship with other branches of the language and resources and prominent methods are reviewed in introduction section. In the first section, Sekkâkî's life and works are focused. In the second section, Sekkâkî's method in Morphology is explained. Sekkâkî analyzes Morphology in three chapters (sections). In the first chapter, he gives a brief description of Morphology. In the second chapter, he specifies the path to reach Morphology. This path consists of two collateral sections. In the first collateral section, he examines the issues of letters adn in the second collateral section, he declares the subjects on different structures of words. In the third chapter, he widely explains the remaining issues of Morphology. In the third section, Sekkâkî's method is exhibited in different ways by examining all issues of Morphology. In the conclusion section, It is summarized that Sekkâkî's method is different and new.
