Özet
İstilacı yabancı türler, doğal ekosistem ve tarım alanlarında problem oluşturmaktadır. Bu problem istilacı türe ve istila oranına bağlı olarak artmaktadır. İstilacı yabancı türlerin mücadelesinde en önemli yol, erken teşhis, zamanında ve doğru müdahaledir. Gelişmiş dünya ülkelerinde erken uyarı ve mücadele üzerine hazırlanan sistemler uzun zamandır kullanılsa da ülkemizde bu konuda çalışmalar hayata geçirilmemiştir. Bu amaçla ülkemizde bir ilk niteliğinde olan İ-BİL (İstilacılar Bilgi Sistemi) ve Mobil BK (Mobil Bitki Koruma Rehberi) projeleri hayata geçirilmiştir. Proje kapsamında ilk etapta ülkemizde zararlı olan istilacı türler belirlenmiştir. Erken uyarı ve teşhis sistemleri ile istilacı yabancı türlerin zararının en aza indirilmesi hedeflenmektedir. İ-BİL ve Mobil BK sistemlerinin zirai alanla uğraşan her kesimden bireye katkısı olacağı beklenmektedir.

Invasive alien species create severe problems in natural and agricultural ecosystems. These problems become more severe according to the nature of the species and invasion severity. Early detection and rapid responses are among the easiest and important ways to manage invasive alien species. Early detection and rapid response system are being used in developed countries however, the system has not been considered in Turkey. Therefore the pioneer early detection and rapid response system I-BIL (Information system for invasive species) along with Mobile BK (Mobile plant protection app) project have been started in the country. In the first step of the project, most noxious invasive species in the country have been decided. The early detection and rapid response system is aimed at lowering the negative impacts of invasive alien species to minimal extent. It is expected that I-BIL and Mobile BK will benefit every individual related with agricultural field.
