Özet
Bu çalışma 351. Klasörde yer alan Koçanlar, Defterler, Müstakil Evraklar, Tüm Evraklar ve Yırtık Evraklara göre Kayseri şehir tarihini incelemektedir. Çalışma giriş ve dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümünde şehir tarihçiliği, kent arşivciliği ve belgelerin tasnifine yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde 351 Numaralı Klasörde yer alan koçanlar, defterler, müstakil evraklar ve tüm evrakların özetleri yapılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde 351 Numaralı Klasörde yer alan koçanlar, defterler, müstakil evraklar ve tüm evrakların transkripsiyonları yapılmıştır. Son olarak dördüncü bölümde ise belgelerden elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda Kayseri'ye ait sosyal, kültürel, askerî ve ekonomik yapı değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada genel itibari ile vergi ihbarnamesi, jurnal, maaş çizelgeleri, dilekçe, telgraf, ilmühaber, tahrirat ile emlak, temettüat ve hayvanat-ı ehliye tezkeresi gibi belgeler incelenmiştir.

This study examines Kayseri city history according to the Counterfoils, Notebooks, Detached Documents, All Documents and Tear Papers in the Folder no:351. Study consists of introduction and four sections. In the first section, it is included the historiography of the city, archiving of city and classification of documents. In the second section, the counterfoils, notebooks, detached documents and all documents in the Folder no:351 have been epitomized. In the third section, the counterfoils, notebooks, detached documents and all documents in the Folder no:351 have been transcribed. Finally in the fourth section, Kayseri's social, cultural, military and economic structures have been evaluated in the direction of data obtained from documents. In general terms, the study has examined the documents such as the tax demand, journal, payrolls, petitions, telegraph, certificate, correspondence and real estate, dividend books and animal domestication permit.
