Özet
Çalışmanın adı Tirmizî'nin Kitâbu'l-İlel'i Özelinde Hadis Metodolojisidir. Çalışma giriş, iki bölüm ve sonuç şeklinde, ele alınmıştır. Girişte hadis usulünün tarihsel sürecine ve önemine değinilmiştir. Bölümlerde ise; İlelü'l-hadis, Tirmizî'nin Kitâbu'l-İleli özelinde, hadis usulü, cerh ta'dîl ve hadis tasnifatına dair konular işlenmiştir. Araştırmanın temel amacı, İmam Tirmizî'nin, Kitâbu'l-İlel adlı eserinde yer alan hadis usulüne dair bilgileri araştırmak ve bu eserin içerik olarak bir hadis usulü eseri olduğunu ortaya koymaya çalışmaktır. Bununla beraber araştırmada tespit edilen bulguları klasik hadis metodolojisinin sunduğu bilgilerle karşılaştırmaktır. Böylece ilk dönem hadis metodolojisi ile klasik hadis metodolojisi arasında sınırlı da olsa bir farklılık olup olmadığını irdelemektir. Araştırmada İmâm Tirmizî'nin Kitâbu'l-İlel adlı eserinin içerik itibariyle bir hadis usulü eseri olduğu kanısına varılmıştır. Öte taraftan bazı temel noktalarda klasik hadis metodolijisinin sunduğu bilgilere alternatif bilgiler sunduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The name of the study is Methodology of Hadith that takes place in Tirmizi's Special Book of Science of Hadith. The study has been handled as introduction, two parts and result. The historical duration and importance of Hadith art have been mentioned in introduction part. Subjects about Science of Hadith, Tirmizi's Special Book of Science of Hadith, Hadith Art, Mistakes and Correcting Mistakes and Classifying of Hadith have been processed in two parts. The essential aim of this research is to try to search about Hadith Art which takes place in Imam Tirmizi's Special Book of Science of Hadith and to put forward that this book is work of Hadith art as a content, however, to compare information presented by Classic Hadith Methodology and retained findings in the research, therefor is to study whether there is a limited difference between first period Hadith Methodology and Classical Hadith Methodology. It has been concluded that Imam Tirmizi's Special Book of Science of Hadith is a work of Hadith Art in respect of its content. On the other hand it has been retained that it presents alternative information to Classical Hadith Methodology in some essential points.
