ÖZET Bu çalışma ile, Kars Tarım II Müdürlüğüne bağlı kaz üretme çiftliğinden sağlanan, beyaz ırk kazların kan serumla rında, klinik yönden önemli kan parametrelerinin normal d e Çj er ler i araşt ı r ı Imıst ı r » Araştırmada 15 adet kaz kullanılmıştır. ÎN6ÎLIZCE ÖZET (SUMMARY) In this study normal values of blood Parameters important clinically have been researched in the sera of white breed geese provided from the goose raising farm belonging to Kars Province Agricultural Management. Fifteen geese, were used in this study» However, due to the deaths occured in time» whereas the findings were in the 7th week were evaluated on 15 geese, in the 14th and 28st weeks on 14 geese and in the 28th week on 13 geese» Deaths occured as spantenous cases, without depending on a disease- In this study » the levels of serum, total proteine, glucose and inorganic phosphere were measured by colorimat rical methods, calcium, potasium and sodium levels were measured by flame photometry» In the 7th week, in the blood serum of 15 geese, the average total lipid level was observed to be 539 ± 7» 8 mg/dl, total proteine level 4,6 ± 0,1 g/dl, glucose 189 ± 5,0 mg/dl, inorganic phosphor e 9,3 ± 0,6 mg/dl, calcium level 11,2 ± 0,3 mg/dl, potasium 3,7 ± 0,1 mEq/L, sodium 145 ± 2,3 mEq/L» In the 14th week, in the blood serum of 14 geese, the average total lipid level was observed to be 643 ± 19,8mg/dl, total proteine level 5,5 ± 0,2 g/dl, glucose 168 ±5,9 mg/dl, inorganic phosphors 5,9 ±0,2 mg/dl, calcium level 10,2 ± 0,2 mg/dl, potasium 3,1 ± 0,07 mEq/L, sodium 142 ± 1,5 mEq/L» In the 21st week, in the blood serum of 14 geese, the average total lipid level was observed to be 781 ± 21,lmg/dl, total proteine level 5,6 ± 0,2 g/dl, glucose 169 ± 4,1 mg/dl,59 inorganic phosphore 5,5 ±0,3 mg/dl, calcium level 8,9 ± 0,2 mg/cll, potasium 2,8 ± 0,08 mEq/L, sodium 150 ± 2,0 mEq/L« In the 28th week, in the blood serum of 13 geese, the average total lipid level was observed to be 1064114, 5mg/ d 1, total proteine level 6,3 ± 0,1 g/dl, glucose 154 ± 3,6 mg/dl, inorganic phosphore 4,4 ±0,2 mg/dl, calcium level 7,4 ± 0,2 mg/dl, potasium 3,3 ± 0,04 mEq/L, sodium 142 ± 1,9 mEq/L. According to the results obtained, increase in the levels of serum total lipid, total proteine? decrease in the levels of glucose, inorganic phosphore, calciums and increase and decrease in the levels of potasium and sodium depending on the weeks was found to be significant (p
