Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Trabzon'da öğrenim gören ortaokul (6.7. ve 8. sınıf) öğrencilerinin dindarlığına ailenin etkisini tespit etmektir.Bunun için öncelikle konunun teorik çerçevesi çizilerek kavramsal zemini hazırlanmıştır. Daha sonra da anket uygulamasından elde edilen veriler analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada kullanılan anket formu, Trabzon il merkezinde okulların sosyoekonomik ve sosyokültürel durumları da göz önünde bulundurularak 4 farklı okulun 6. 7. ve 8. sınıflarında öğrenim görmekte olan ve tesadüfi şekilde seçilen 532 öğrenciye uygulanmış olup 490 öğrenciye ait anket formu geçerli sayılmıştır. Anketten elde edilen verilerin istatistiksel işlemleri SPSS bilgisayar paket programı ile yapılmıştır. İki değişken için Ki-Kare testi uygulanmıştır. Verilerin karşılaştırılmasında anlamlılık düzeyi ,05 (p<,05) kabul edilmiştir. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda; öğrencilerin dindarlığı üzerinde ailenin pozitif yönde bir etkiye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada ayrıca öğrencilerin dindarlık düzeylerinin, araştırmanın bağımsız değişkenlerinden sınıf, cinsiyet, okul türü, anne-baba eğitim düzeyleri ve ekonomik duruma göre de farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to locate the effect of the family on the religiosity of the secondary school students (6th, 7th and 8th grade) who are studying in Trabzon. For this aim, firstly theoretical framework of the subject was drawn and its conceptual background was prepared. Then the data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed. Considering the socioeconomic and sociocultural status of the schools in Trabzon province center, the questionnaire form used in the research was applied to randomly selected 532 students who were studying in 6th, 7th and 8th grades of 4 different schools and the questionnaire form for 490 students were considered valid. Statistical analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire was carried out through SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Sciences) software. Chi-Square Test was applied for the two variables. The level of significance was accepted as ,05 (p <,05) in the comparison of the data. As a result of the research, it has been found that the family has a positive influence on the religiosity of the students. The research also found that the level of religiosity of the students differed from the independent variables of the study by class, sex, school type, parental education level and economic situation.
