Prof. Tahsin KARADO?AN This experiment was carried out in 1995 in Haymana, were used Eser-87 and Akçin-91 chickpea varieties. They were sown at three different inoculation (without inoculation, soil inoculation, seed inoculation) and three different sowing times (6 April, 16 April, 26 April). The experiment was carried split, split plots design in randomized blocks with three replications. In this study, the highest grain yield per unit area were found in Eser-87 varieties 83.323 g/m2 first sowing date seed inoculation, in Akçin-91 varieties 87.932 g/m2 first sowing date seed inoculation. The lowest grain yield per unit area were found in Eser-87 varieties 57.328 g/m2 third sowing date without inoculation, in Akçin-91 varieties 41.000 g/m2 second sowing date without inoculation. In Eser-87 varieties the highest positive correlation coefficient were calculated between grain yield per unit area plant height (r= 0.896**). The highest negative correlation coefficient were calculated between grain yield per unit area harvest index (r= - 0.536**) found. In Akçin-91 varieties the highest positive correlation coefficient were calculated between grain yield per unit area 1000 kernel weight (r= 0.862**). The highest negative correlation coefficient were calculated between grain yield per unit area harvest index (r= - 0.672**) found.
