Özet
Ülkelerin gelişmişlik düzeyine ulaşmalarında ekonomik olarak kalkınmaları gerekmektedir. Ekonomik kalkınmanın gerçekleşmesinde ise toplumun bilgi üretmesi ve bu bilgiyi en iyi şekilde işlemesi gerekmektedir. Bilginin üretilmesi ve işlenmesi ise eğitimli ve sağlıklı insan gücü ile doğrudan ilişkilidir. Eğitimli ve sağlıklı insan gücü yani beşeri sermaye, ekonomilerin kalkınmasında en önemli faktörlerden biridir. Bu çalışmada beşeri sermaye ve ekonomik kalkınma arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında beşeri sermaye ve ekonomik kalkınma ilişkisinin tespitinde öncelikle birim kök testi uygulanmış ve birim kök testi sonucuna göre Granger Nedensellik testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucuna göre Türkiye'de ekonomik kalkınma, beşeri sermayeyi olumlu yönde etkilemektedir. Ekonomik kalkınma kısa ve uzun dönemde beşeri sermayede olumlu değişikliklere neden olmaktadır. Beşeri sermaye ise ekonomik kalkınmayı uzun dönemde olumlu yönde etkilemektedir.

Are required for access to the development level of economic development in the country. ISE needs to be functioning the best way to produce knowledge and the most economical development of the community in the realization of this information. ISE the production and processing of knowledge is directly related to the strength of educated and healthy people. Educated and healthy people is one of the most important factors in the models, namely the power of human capital, the development of the economy. In this study, we examined the relationship between human capital and economic development. The scope of the research human capital and Economic Development Unit root test unit root test Granger causality in the determination of the first relationship test was applied. According to the results of research in Turkey, economic development, human capital has a positive impact on. Positive changes in human capital lead to economic development in the short and long term in months. Human capital and economic development has a positive impact in the long term
