Özet
ÖZET Araştırma,0-6 ay arası kolostomili bebeği olan ve kolostomi torbası kullanan annelere verilecek hemşirelik eğitiminin evde kolostomi bakımına etkisini değerlendirmek için planlandı. Çalışma, Marmara Üniversitesi Hastanesi Çocuk Cerrahisi servisi'nde kolostomi ameliyatı geçirmiş 15 bebeğe bilgi formu, bu bebeklerin annelerine eğitim öncesi ve eğitim sonrası bilgi ölçme formu ve eğitim formu uygulanarak yürütüldü. Bebeklere ait bilgi formları ve annelere ait bilgi ölçme formları kaydedildi. Sonuçlar bilgisayar tarafından yüzdeleme ve kikare testleri kullanılarak değerlendirildi. Sonuç olarak, kolostomili bebeğe sahip annelerin kolostomi, kolostomi bakımı ve torba kullanımı konusunda bilgi eksikliklerinin ve 61bu bebeğe bakabilme konusunda endişelerinin olduğu belirlendi, Hemşirenin anneye verdiği eğitimden sonra bilgi düzeylerinin ve kolostomi torbası kullanma konusundaki pratiklerinin arttığı görüldü. 62

SUMMARY The research was planned to valuethe influence of the colostomy care at home of the nurse trainning to be given to mothers having a baby between 0-6 month of age, and using a colostomy bag. The study was carried out by application of information formulars to 15 babies passed colostomy operation in the pediatric surgery service in the Marmara University Hospital, and by applying information measuring formulars and education formulars to the mothers of these babies prior to the after the trainning. The information formulars of the babies and information measuring formulars of the mothers were recorded. The result were evaluated through calculating percentages and using kikare tests by the computer. 63As results, it was determined that mothers with colostomy babies have lack of knowledge concering colostomy care and use of bag, and doubts concerning the care of this baby. It was seen that the mother's level of knowledge and practice in the use of colostomy bags has increased after the training given by the nurse. 64
