Özet

. Çalışma Jebsen Taylor El Fonksiyon Testi ve Purdue Pegboard Testinin psikometrik özelliklerini belirlemek amacı ile planlanmıştır. Çalışmaya Jebsen Taylor El Fonksiyon Testi ve Purdue Pegboard Testinin geçerliliğini, güvenirliliğini ve kesme değerlerini belirmek için 18-65 yaş arasındaki sağlıklı ve el yaralanması geçiren bireyler dahil edilmiştir. Yaş ortalamaları 38,4810,04 yıl olan 162 (98 kadın; 64 erkek) sağlıklı bireyin Jebsen Taylor El Fonksiyon Testi ve Purdue Pegboard Testi değerlendirmeleri aynı koşullarda farklı günlerde iki kez tekrar edilerek yapılmıştır. El yaralanması geçiren bireylere Jebsen Taylor El Fonksiyon Testi ve Purdue Pegboard Testi yanı sıra kavrama kuvveti değerlendirmesi yapılmış ve özrü değerlendirmek için DASH-T anketi uygulanmıştır. Yaş ortalamaları 40,4412,9 yıl olan 143 (79 kadın; 64 erkek) bireye Jebsen Taylor El Fonksiyon Testi değerlendirmesi, 37,5112,65 yıl olan 101 (57 kadın; 44 erkek) bireye ise Purdue Pegboard Testi değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır. El fonksiyon testlerinin geçerlilik analizi için hipotez testi, güvenirlik analizi için test tekrar test yöntemi, kesme değeri için ise ROC analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada Jebsen Taylor El Fonksiyon Testi ve Purdue Pegboard Testinde sağlıklı ve el yaralanması geçiren bireyler arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark bulunmuştur (p<0,05). El fonksiyon testleri ile kavrama kuvveti ve DASH-T anketi arasında orta düzeyde ilişki (r:0,35-0,59) saptanmıştır. Test tekrar test güvenirliğinde Jebsen Taylor El Fonksiyon Testi ve Purdue Pegboard Testinde pozitif yönde kuvvetli derecede istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur (p<0,001; r: 0,75-0,96). Kesme değerleri, Jebsen Taylor El Fonksiyon Testi yaralanan el için 37,08 sn, etkilenmemiş el için 33,10 sn; Purdue Pegboard Testi matematiksel toplam 48,5 olarak bulunmuştur. Jebsen Taylor El Fonksiyon Testi ve Purdue Pegboard Testi geçerli, güvenilir ve kesme değeri olan el fonksiyon testleri olarak terapistler tarafından 18-65 yaş arası ortopedik el yaralanması olan bireylerin el fonksiyonlarını değerlendirilmesi için kullanılabilir.

. The study was planned with the aim of determining the psychometric properties of Jebsen Taylor Hand Function Test and Purdue Pegboard Test. In the study, healthy and hand injured individuals aged 18-65 years are included to determine the validity, reliability and cut-off point of Jebsen Taylor Hand Function Test and Purdue Pegboard Test. One hundred sixty two (98 female; 64 male) healthy participants with a mean age of 38,4810,04 years were evaluated under the same conditions twice on different days with Jebsen Taylor Hand Function Test and Purdue Pegboard Test. Beside Jebsen Taylor Hand Function Test and Purdue Pegboard Test, grip strength was assessed and DASH-T was completed by hand injured participants. One hundred fourty three (79 female, 64 male) patients with mean age of 40.4412.9 years were evaluated with Jebsen Taylor Hand Function Test and, one hundred one (57 female, 44 male) patient with mean age of 37.5112.65 years were evaluated with Purdue Pegboard Test. For validity analysis hypothesis testing, for reliability analysis test re-test method was used and the cut-off point was determined by the ROC analysis method. A statistically significant difference was found between Jebsen Taylor Hand Function Test and Purdue Pegboard Test between healthy and hand injured patients (p<0.05). There was a moderate correlation (r: 0.35-0.59) between hand function tests, grip strength and DASH-T questionnaire. In terms of test retest reliability, there was a statistically significant correlation between Jebsen Taylor Hand Function Test and the Purdue Pegboard Test (p <0.001; r: 0.75-0.96). It was found that Jebsen Taylor Hand Function Test's cut-off point is 37.08 sec for injured hand, 33.10 sec for healthy hand; Purdue Pegboard Test's cut-off point for mathematical total subset is found as 48.5. Jebsen Taylor Hand Function Test and the Purdue Pegboard Test can be used by therapists to assess hand function of 18-65 years orthopedic hand injuried individuals as valid reliable tests that has a cut-off point.
