Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerin Türkçe öğrenim sürecinde genel öğretim yöntemleri açısından karşılaştığı sorunların değerlendirilmesi ve bu sorunların cinsiyet, yaş, anadil ve dil seviyesi değişkenlerine göre incelenmesidir. Araştırmada betimsel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan“Genel Öğretim Yöntemlerinde Karşılaşılan Sorunlar Anketi”kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde betimleyici istatistikler ve ki-kare istatistiki yönteminden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırma örneklemi ERSEM TÖMER'de öğrenim gören 137 öğrenciden oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerin Türkçe öğrenim sürecinde çok zorlanmadıkları saptanmıştır. Bununla birlikte araştırmada belirlenen bağımsız değişkenlere göre öğrencilerin yabancı dil öğrenme sürecinde karşılaştıkları sorunlar arasında büyük farklılıklar olmadığı saptanmıştır. Yabancı uyruklu öğrencilerin Türkçe öğrenim sürecinde genel öğretim yöntemleri konusunda karşılaştıkları sorunlara yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the problems encountered by foreign students in terms of general teaching methods in Turkish learning process and to examine these problems according to the variables of gender, age, native language and language level. Descriptive method was used in this study. In the collection of the data,“Survey Questionnaire in General Teaching Methods”prepared by there searcher was used. Descriptive statistics and chi-square statistical method were used in theanalysis of the obtained data. There search sample consists of 137 students who are studying at ERSEM TÖMER in Turkey. As a result of there search, it was seen that foreign students did not have difficulty in Turkish learning process. Nevertheless, according to the independent variables determined in thesurvey, it was seen that there were not big differences among the problems that the students encountered in the foreign language learning process. Proposals have been made to the problems encountered by foreign students aboutthe general teaching methods in theTurkish learning process.
