Özet

ÖZET Çalışmamın konusu“Grup Teknolojisi Üretim Yöntemi nin İncelenmesi ve Bunun bir Uygulamaya Dönüştürülmesidir”. Grup teknolojisi yöntemi ile ilgili fikirler son onbeş,yir mi yıl içinde gelişmiş ve dünyanın çeşitli ülkelerinde her çeşit fabrikada, çoğunlukla makina imalatı endüstrisindeki fabrikalarda uygulanmaya başlanmıştır. Bu yöntemin ana hat ları itibariyle genel bir incelenmesi ele alınmaktadır. Grup teknolojisi esas itibariyi e, parçalar m benzer karakteristiklerine göre aileler halinde sınıflandırılma larına ve sonra da uygun şekilde seçilmiş tezgah grupla rında imal edilmeleri prensibine dayanır. Böyle yapmak su retiyle prodaktivite arttırılır, iş hoşnutluğu sağlanır ve birçok ekonomik avantajlar sağlanabilir. Çalışmamın 1. bölümünde, geleneksel üretim şekli ya nında grup teknolojisinin tanıtımı,bu yöntemin doğuşu, 2. bölümde., parça sınıflandırılması ve "kodlaması, 3. bölümde, üre t im kontrol sisteminin planlaması 4. bölümde, üre tim planlaması, 5. bölümde, üretim akış analizleri, 6. bölümde, traktör imalatında bazı parçaların grup teknolojisi yöntemi ile imal edilmesi, anlatılmaktadır. Bu çalışmadan çıkardığım sonuçlar ise son bölümde verilmiştir.

ABSTRACT The theme of this study is the analysis öf the manufac turing methods of group technology and its application. Scientific thougts about group technology are improved since 15-20 years and scientific approaches to handle the in dustrial problems by group technology are commonly used. In t- his study, it is mainly tried to explain in the system and to show its advantages to the related environment» Shortly, the method of _ the group technology is to cla3- sific the resambled parts as to their specifications and then to bring together them as different families. And then suitable machine tools are used to manufacture these parts. By this way, productivity can be raised. Out standing possibilities are pro vided as well. ^- - In the first part of this study, it is aimed to iniform the reader about the system and to compare this method with t- raditional methods. In the second part. the classification of the parts and theirs codings are made. In the third parts, the planning of the production cont rol system is indicated. In the fourth part, information on work in process is given. In the sixty part, an application of the method of gro up technology to foxrm tractors is made. As a result, thet theoretical and experimental studies s- how that group technology is an extensive technique wich must be consulted to the manufacturing industries..
