Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında Bursa İli, Mudanya İlçesi, Musabey Mahallesi, H21b13b4c pafta, 1056 ada (Eski-41), 33 parselde (Eski-17) yer alan Kenan Doğruöz Konağı çalışılmıştır. Üç katlı ve dış sofalı dikdörtgen plan tipine sahiptir. Tezde yapının mevcut halinin belgelenmesi, yapıdaki hasarların belirlenmesi, tarihsel gelişim sürecinin araştırılarak yapının özgün halinin tespit edilmesi, yapının onarımı için gerekli müdahale kararlarının alınması ve restorasyon projesinin hazırlanması amaçlanmıştır. Tezin kapsamı altı bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde çalışmanın amacı, içeriği ve yapı ile ilgili literatür taraması anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde Mudanya hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümünde yapının rölövesi, mimari, malzeme özellikleri ve yapıda görülen bozulmalar anlatılmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde restitüsyon sorunlarının belirlenmesi, yapıya ait kaynakların incelenmesi ve restitüsyon önerileri açıklanmıştır. Beşinci bölümde yapıya ait müdahaleler ve kullanıma ilişkin öneriler anlatılmıştır. Altıncı bölümde önceki bölümler değerlendirilerek, yapının korunması ve yaşatılması için öneriler sunulmuştur. Bu tez çalışmasının yöntemi şu şekildedir; Çalışma yapıyla ilgili olarak kapsamlı bir belgeleme çalışması, mimari ve tarihi özelliklerinin değerlendirilmesi, yapının mevcut durumu, yapıda görülen bozulmalar, restitüsyon, restorasyon ve son olarak işlevlendirme projelerini içermektedir. Tez kapsamında varılan sonuçlar ise şu şekildedir; Mudanya'nın merkezinde bulunan ve bütünlüğünü koruyan yapının mimari özellikleri, kültürel ve ekonomik değeri yapıyı önemli kılmaktadır. Kenan Doğruöz Konağı restore edildikten sonra kültürel miras olarak kente kazandırılacak ve konağın daha uzun yıllar ayakta kalması sağlanacaktır. Yapının korunması ve yaşatılması için gösterilen çaba; bölgede bulunan diğer kültür varlıklarının korunması için örnek oluşturulacaktır.

In this thesis subject, Kenan Dogruoz Mansion is studied where is located in Layout 33 ( Old one-17 ), Block 1056 ( Old one-41 ), Plot H21b13b4c, Musabey District in Mudanya, BURSA. This mansion has type of building plan which includes triplex and rectangle long room opening outside. In this thesis; authenticating existing status of the building, determining damages of the building, defining the original shape of the building by searching its historical development process, taking decisions of required actions for the restoration of the building and designing restoration project of the building is intended. The scope of the thesis has six sections. In the first section; the purpose of the study, the content of the study and literature survey related with the building is described. In the second section, the data about Mudanya is given. In the third section; architectural plan of the building, its material properties and deteriorations seen at the building is described. In the fourth section; determination of restitution troubles, examination of sources about the building and restitution suggestions are explained. In the fifth section; actions related with the building and suggestions about the utilization are described. In the sixth section, suggestions for preserving the building and keeping it alive are presented by evaluating the previous sections. The procedure of this thesis subject is just like that; The Study includes an extensive documentation work about the building, evaluation of architectural and historical properties of the building, existing status of the building, deteriorations seen at the building, restitution, restoration and finally renovation projects. Conclusions that we reach within the scope of the thesis are just like that; architectural properties of the building which preserves its unity and where is located in the city centre of Mudanya; and also its cultural and economic value makes the building important. Kenan Dogruoz Mansion will be donated to the city as a Cultural Heritage after it has been renovated and this will make the Mansion survive for more over years. The effort which was made to preserve the building and keep it alive; will be an example for the preservation of the other cultural goods in near neighborhood.
