Özet

Son yıllarda gelişen bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinin getirdiği yenilikler sayesinde çalışanların ortak bir fiili ortamda bulunma gerekliliği ortadan kalktığı görülmektedir. Kişisel ve kurumsal internet kullanımının yaygınlaşması ve erişilebilirliğinin artmasıyla metin ve doküman göndermek, görsel ve sesli görüşmek yapmak hiç olmadığı kadar kolaylaşmakta ve yaygınlaşmaktadır. Hem iş süreçlerinin hem de proje bazlı çalışmaların sağladığı olanaklarla katılımcılar ve ortaya konulan çıktılar farklılaşmaktadır. İş süreçlerinin asıl hedefi olan müşterileri beklentileri doğrultusunda değer üretecek faaliyetleri çalışanlar meydana getirmektedir. İş süreçlerinin akışı boyunca her bir organizasyon biriminin çıktısı bir diğer organizasyon birimi için girdi oluşturmakta ve nihai müşterinin öncesinde işletme süreçlerindeki faaliyetler ekseninde çalışanlar müşteri tedarikçi ilişkisini ve tatminini benimsemektedir. Bu yaklaşımın bir sonucu olarak her bir organizasyon biriminin faaliyeti müşterisinin beklentilerini karşılayacak nitelikte olması beklenmektedir. Piyasadaki ürünlerin başarısı kalitesi, ileri tekniklerle üretilmiş olması veya karmaşıklığı ile değil müşteriler tarafından kabul edilmesi ile belirlenebilmektedir. Bir ürünün satın alma tercihinde ürünün kaliteli kabul edilmesi, beklentilerle örtüşmesi, fayda sağlayacağı inancı veya verimlilik elde edileceği beklentisi rol oynamaktadır. Bu etkenlerin yaratılabilmesi için etkin iş süreçlerine ve çalışanlar arasında iyi yönetilebilen iş birliğine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. İş birliği ve iş akışı geliştirme platformları ilerleyen zamanlarda şu ankinden daha önemli bir noktaya geleceği öngörülmekte ve bu öngörüye istinaden kullanıcıların ihtiyaçlarının doğru tespit edilmesi gerekmektedir. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda gelecekte kullanılacak iş birliği platformları ve iş akışı geliştirme ortamlarının ihtiyaçları için cevap verebilecek bir zemin hazırlanmaktadır. Bu kapsamda çalışanların bu teknolojiyi kabul etmelerindeki kıstaslar değerlendirilmekte ve ortaya konması amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmanın katılımcıları ve gösterdikleri demografik özellikler çerçevesinde ilerde yapılacak uygulama geliştirmeleri için yol gösterici ve açıklayıcı bir nitelik taşımaktadır. Yapılan araştırma kapsamında teknolojik yeniliklerin kabulünü açıklamakta daha önceden çok defa çalışmalarda yer almış olan Teknoloji Kabul Modeli kullanılmaktadır. Bu modelin zenginleştirilmesi ve daha farklı faktörleri dahil ederek davranışsal niyetin açıklanması için algılanan fayda ve kullanım kolaylığının yanında çevre, destek algısı ve proje yönetimi dış değişkenleri eklenmektedir. Araştırma beyaz eşya sektör çalışanları arasında anket yoluyla uygulanmakta ve sonuçları istatistiksel analiz programlarıyla değerlendirilmektedir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda algılanan fayda, kullanım kolaylığının yanında çevre, destek algısı ve proje yönetimi değişkenlerinin tamamının davranışsal niyet üzerinde etkisi olduğu görülmektedir. Bu sonuçlar ileriki ürün geliştirmeleri ve araştırmalar için bir temel oluşturmakta olduğu gibi yöneticilerin vereceği kararlarda da belirleyici bir rol oynamaktadır.

The requirement of being in same physical place of the employees does not valid anymore because of the developments in information and communication technologies. The personal and corporate internet usage is extended and increased availability as a result of this text and document share, video and audio connections are as simple as never been before. The attendees and the output are differentiating with the opportunities of both business processes and project based works. The success of the products and services in the market could be determine by acceptance from the customer not only quality, high-level production techniques or complexity. The perception of quality, match up with expectations, believe of usefulness or benefit from productivity are playing role on purchase decision. The efficient business processes and well-managed collaboration is required to populate all of these factors. The workflow applications in collaboration platforms providing many benefits to support business processes. The organizations consist of so many employees that is why collaboration and tracking of the topics require systematic solutions. The foresight is the collaboration and workflow development platforms will occupy more crucial role in the coming future, and the user requirements should be determine accurately regarding these foresights. There is a background has been prepared in the scope of this study to response for the prerequisites of future companies. The criteria of technology acceptance evaluated and attempted to reveal. This study is descriptive and directive for the best fitting for development within the demographic attendees. Technology Acceptance Model, which was used in many times before, is using to describe the acceptance of technological innovations in the scope of this study. The variables of environment, support and project management are added to provide the enrichment of the study in the aim of describe the behavioural intention. The study is conducted via survey among the employees of home appliance manufacture and sales company. There are 137 employees attended to the survey individually and this sample size is acceptable for the analysis. The 5-point Likert scale used to collect the data, within the options are strongly agree, agree, neither agree nor disagree, disagree and strongly disagree. The survey conducted in SharePoint. The collected survey results processes in MS Excel. The evaluation of the results are analysed by a statistical software Minitab 17. As a result of the analysis environment, perceive of support and project management have effect on behavioural intention besides the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. These results are background for following studies and application developments and determinants of managerial decisions. The demographic data of attendees shared as statistics. The demographic questions in the survey are gender, age, educational level, organization, hierarchical position, total experience, total experience in the company, SharePoint usage frequency. There are three regression models in the main model and hypothesis. The first two hypothesis says that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have positive impact on behavioural intention. The second three hypothesis says that environment, perceived support and project management have positive impact on perceived usefulness. The last three hypothesis says that environment, perceived support and project management have positive impact on perceived ease of use. According to the results of the analysis, there is no significant relation with the demographic values and answers. The results indicates that the collaboration and workflow platforms and applications are systems that will used in future from the point of the employees in home appliance sector. The perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use are the most explaining variable this intention to use. Although, environment, perceived support and project management have impact to use. The same study could be conduct on other sectors or more than one sector. In addition, there could be some location-based preferences. The study could be conduct in different areas of Turkey or other countries in the world. There are many different variables confronted during the model generation period. The investigators could update the model with other variables to enrich the components of the intention.
