Özet
Globalleşen dünya ile hızlı değişim döngüsüne tanık olan muhasebe bilgi sisteminin sürekli gelişiminin takibi gereklidir. Rekabet ortamında başarı; doğru, tarafsız ve güvenilir bilgi üretimi sağlayan muhasebe fonksiyonun görevidir. Küresel dünyada değişen ihtiyaçlar karşısında muhasebeden beklentilerde farklılaşmaktadır. Gelişen süreç içerisinde muhasebe ve finans işlemlerinin hayati önem taşıması ile mesleği yerine getiren kişilerin eğitimleri önemli bir konu olmuştur. Bu eğitimlerin verildiği programlardan biri olan lisans programlarının içeriği, muhasebeye ilişkin verilen derslerin eğitimin kalitesi ve etkinliği ile büyük ölçüde ilgilidir. Buradan yola çıkılarak yeterli bilgi ve pratiğin kazandırılmasında üniversite eğitiminin önemi büyüktür. Bu araştırmada Marmara bölgesinde 17, Ege bölgesinde 11 devlet üniversitesinin İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi bünyesinde bulunan toplam 122 bölüm incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi bünyesinde verilen muhasebe eğitiminin SMMM Staj Başlatma ve SMMM Yeterlilik Sınavı açısından denkliğin belirlenmesidir. Bu amaç çerçevesinde Marmara ve Ege bölgesinde bulunan devlet üniversitelerinin iktisadi ve idari bilimler fakültelerinin web sitelerine ulaşılarak ders içerikleri incelenmiş, zorunlu ve seçmeli ders ayrımına gidilmiştir. Bu ayrım sonucunda iki bölge ayrı ayrı ele alınıp zorunlu ve seçmeli ders toplamları bölüm toplamlarına oranlanarak derslerin yüzdesine ulaşılmıştır. Derslerin yüzdesinden yola çıkılıp, sınav konularının yüzdesel ağırlığını karşılayıp karşılamaması araştırılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, sınav konularının dağılımında üniversitelerdeki seçmeli derslerin daha ağırlıkta verildiği ve Ege bölgesinin Marmara bölgesine oranla sınav konularını daha çok karşılayıcı bir eğitim verdiği sonuçlarına ulaşılmış ve çözüm önerilerinde bulunulmuştur.

Continuous improvement of the accounting information system, which has witnessed the rapid change cycle with the globalizing world, is necessary. Success in competitive environment; accurate, impartial and reliable information production. In the global world, there are differences in accounting expectations in the face of changing needs. In the process of development, the vital importance of accounting and finance transactions and the training of the people who fulfill the profession have become important subjects. The contents of the undergraduate programs which are one of the programs in which these trainings are given are largely related to the quality and effectiveness of the education given to the courses related to accounting. Gaining sufficient knowledge and practice by going out of here is a big step for university education. İn this research, a total of 122 sections were examined in 17 departments in the Marmara region and 11 departments in the Aegean region in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. The purpose of this study is to determine the accounting education given in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in terms of SMMM Internship Launching and SME Proficiency Examination. Within the framework of this aim, the web contents of the economics and administrative sciences faculties of the state universities in the Marmara and Aegean regions were accessed and the course contents were examined and compulsory and elective courses were made. As a result of this distinction, the two regions are handled separately and the total of compulsory and elective courses is reached to the percentage of the courses by proportion to the total of the departments. It has been researched that the percentage of the lessons should go out and meet the weight of the exam subjects. According to the results obtained from the research, the distribution of the exam topics reached the conclusion that the elective courses in the universities were given more weight and the Aegean region gave a more satisfactory education compared to the Marmara region and the solution suggestions were made.
