Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı Anadolu İmam Hatip Liselerinde okuyan öğrenciler ve görev yapan öğretmenlerin görüşü alınarak mevcut eğitim programının eksikliklerini tespit etmek ve bu eksiklikleri gidermek için; alınan görüşler ışığında önerilerde bulunmaktır. Bu araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmacı tarafından yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu hazırlanmıştır. Uzman görüşleri doğrultusunda görüşme formuna son şekli verilmiştir. Araştırmada amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak Kocaeli ili Kartepe ilçesinde görev yapan 40 öğretmen ve 40 öğrenci ile görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Görüşmelerde Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesi öğrencilerinin hedefleri, bu okullarda okutulan zorunlu derslerin sayısı ve çeşitliliği, ders saati dağılımı, derslerin içeriklerinin durumu, öğrenci seviyesine uygun olup olmadığı, seçmeli derslerin sayısı ve çeşitliliği, istenilen seçmeli dersin seçilip seçilememe durumu ve nedenleri, İmam Hatip Liselerinin eğitim programının İlahiyat programlarını tercih edecek öğrenciler için yeterli olup olmadığı, bu program dışında tercihte bulunacak öğrenciler için yeterli olup olmayacağı, farklı akademik düzeyde ve farklı hedefleri olan öğrenciler için eğitim programında ne gibi değişiklikler yapılabileceği sorulmuştur. Görüşmede elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemiyle çözümlenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar şu şekilde olmuştur: 1. Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesinin Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından belirlenen amaçları ile öğrenci hedefleri birbiriyle örtüşmemektedir. Tutarlı hale getirilmelidir. 2. Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesi eğitim programında yer alan zorunlu ders sayısı ve bu derslere ayrılan ders saati sayısı azaltılmalıdır. 3. Anadolu İmam Hatip Lisesi eğitim programında yer alan seçmeli derslere ayrılan ders saati arttırılmalıdır. 4. Meslek derslerine ayrılan ders saati sayısı 9 ve 10. sınıf düzeyinde arttırılmalı 11 ve 12. sınıf düzeyinde azaltılmalıdır. 5. Beden eğitimi, müzik ve görsel sanatlar gibi derslere ayrılan ders saati sayısı arttırılmalıdır. 6. Arapça dersi öğretim programında kazanım sayısı fazladır. Uygulamaya dönük kazanım sayısı azdır. Bu öğretim programı yeniden düzenlenmelidir. 7. Temel yetenek dersleri öğretim programları özellikle akademik başarısı düşük Anadolu İmam Hatip Liseleri için yoğun ve öğrenci seviyesinin üzerindedir. Bu öğretim programları yeniden düzenlenmelidir.

Özet (Çeviri)

The aim of this research is to ascertain the deficiencies of the current educational curriculum of the Anatolian İmam Hatip High Schools by observing the views of the students and teachers and make suggestion from received opinions. The study done by interview technique which is one of the qualitative research methods. Semi-structured interview form was prepared by the researcher, and the form is finalized after expert's opinion on it. 20 teachers and 40 students were successfully interviewed with sampling method for research purpose at Kartepe Anatolian İmam Hatip High School in Kocaeli's Kartepe region in Turkey. The following questions covered during the interviews; the life mission and vision of a student of the Anatolian İmam Hatip School students, number and diversity of the compulsory courses taught in the schools, the schedule of course hours, suitability of the course content to the student's educational level, number and variety of elective courses, situation of allocation for the chosen elective courses and the reasons beyond that, efficiency level of the current curriculum for the students who would prefer the theology programs and the students who prefer other programs rather than theology in the future, and opinions on what can be adjusted on the educational program for the students with different academic level and different goals are asked. The obtained data from interviews are analyzed by content analysis method. The research results are following below; 1. The pre-determined goal of the Ministry of National Education for Anatolian Imam Hatip High Schools does not match with the goal of student's. These need to be aligned for consistency. 2. The number of compulsory courses as well as the number of these courses at the Anatolian Imam Hatip High Schools curriculum need to be reduced. 3. The number of class hours allocated to elective courses in the High School's curriculum should be increased. 4. The number of class hours devoted to professional courses should be increased at grades 9th and 10th and reduced at grades 11th and 12th. 5. The number of class hours for physical education, music and visual arts should be increased. 6. The number of achievements in the Arabic lesson curriculum are high, however the success rate is too low in practical level. This curriculum must be re-desinged. 7. The basic skills training programs are intensive and challenging especially for low academic success rated Anatolian Imam Hatip High School's students, and it is above the educational level of the students. These curriculum must be rearranged.
