Özet
Bu çalışma, 1849-1851 yılları arasında Bosna-Hersek'te yaşanan isyanı anlatmaktadır. İsyanı hazırlayan faktörlerin ve isyan süresince yaşanan muharebelerin detaylarıyla anlatılacağı bu çalışmada Bosna-Hersek'in geçirmiş olduğu tarihsel sürece de özet olarak değinilmiştir. Çalışma, bu isyandan yola çıkarak bir yandan o dönemde Osmanlı Devleti'nde yaşanan hadiseleri açıklarken, öbür yandan Osmanlı'nın dağılma sürecinde yaşadığı sıkıntılara dikkat çekmektedir. Tanzimat döneminde yaşanmış bu isyan, Bosna'nın Tanzimat'a verdiği tepkiyi göstermektedir. Bu çalışma, Osmanlı'da Tanzimat'a direnişin en yoğun yaşandığı bölgenin Bosna-Hersek olduğunu bize göstermektedir. Çalışmayla birlikte hedeflenen ana gaye, Osmanlı Bosna'sının o dönemde içinde bulunduğu durumu okuyuculara göstermek ve Osmanlı Devleti'nin dağılma sürecine katkısının neler olduğunu tespit etmektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, 1849-1851 Bosna İsyan'ı diye adlandıracağımız bu isyan çok önemli bir göstergedir. Osmanlı Devleti'nin“Serhad”bölgesi olarak tanımlanan Bosna'nın bu isyandan sonra artık Osmanlı'dan ayrılma sürecinin hız kazandığını görmekteyiz. Bu çalışmada tüm bu ayrılıkçı hareketler, bu isyan çerçevesinde incelenecektir.

This study describes the rebellion in Bosnia and Herzegovina between 1849 and 1851. In this study, the factors that prepared the rebellion and the details of the battles during the rebellion are explained in detailed. It is also briefly mentioned in the historical process of Bosnia and Herzegovina's history. By this way, while this study explains the events living in the Ottoman Empire at that time, it draws attention to the distress that the Ottoman Empire lived in the process of disintegration. This rebellion, which took place in Tanzimat period, shows the reaction of Bosnia to the Tanzimat. This study shows us that Bosnia-Herzegovina is the region where the resistance to Tanzimat is most experienced in the Ottoman Empire. The aim of this thesis is to show the readers the situation of the Ottoman Bosnian at that time and to determine what factors are preparing the empire's dissolution. For this purpose, this rebellion, which we call the Bosnian Rebellion of 1849-1851, is a very important display. Bosnia, which is defined as the Serhad region of the empire, is now seen to have accelerated the period of separation from the Ottoman Empire. All of these separatist movements in this study will be examined within the frame of this rebellion.
