Özet
İslam ilim mirasında delâlet teorisi olarak bilinen lafız anlam ilişkisi, büyük bir öneme haizdir. Zira saadet-i dâreyn için toplumsal hayatı belirli bir sistem içinde şekillendiren Kur'ân ve sünnetin maksadını ve hikmetini doğru anlamak ve bunlardan hukukî ahkâmları istinbât etmek için lafızların bünyesinde barındırdığı manaları iyi bilmek gerekir. Ayrıca bir edebî sanatı ortaya koymak için edebî unsurlara hâkim olunmalı ve tasavvur edilen manayı farklı söz ve üslupla ifade etme melekesine de sahip olmak gerekmektedir. Bu önemden ötürü belâgat ve fıkıh usûlü disiplinlerinde, lafız anlam ilişkisi titizlikle incelenmiştir. Edebî eserlerin değerini tespit etme ve Kur'ân'ın iʻcâzını ispatlama yöntemi olan belâgat ilimlerinin bir disiplini olan beyân ile nasslardan şerʻî hükümleri isinbât etme metodu olan fıkıh usûlü ilişkisini konu edinen bu çalışma, giriş bölümünün ardından iki bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın giriş kısmında araştırmanın konusu, amacı, çalışmada esas alınan kaynaklar, literatür çalışmaları ve araştırmanın yöntemi ele alınmıştır. Tezin birinci bölümünde belâgat ve fesâhat kavramlarının tahlilini yapıldıktan sonra belâgat ilimlerinin doğmasına neden olan saikler, belâgat bilimlerinin müstakil bir hüviyet kazanmasına katkı sağlayan disiplinler ve bu bilimlerinin gelişim sürecinin tarihi arka planı incelenmiştir. Akabinde fıkıh usûlü ilminin İslam'ın ilk döneminden gönümüze kadar tarihi seyir içindeki gelişimi ve son olarak belâgat ve fıkıh usulüne dair eser yazan müellifler ve alanla ilgili eserleri ele alınmıştır. Tezin ikinci bölümünde ise, belâgat ile fıkıh usûlü arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. İki disiplin arasındaki ilişki çerçevesinde ilk etapta beyân daha sonra delâlet nazariyesi her iki disiplin bağlamında ele alınmıştır. Son olarak her iki disiplin için de büyük bir öneme sahip olan hakîkat, mecâz, mecâzın kısımları, teşbîh ve kıyâs, sarih, kinâye ve tarîz konuları incelenmiştir.

In Islamic science culture, the relation of wording and meaning, known as the theory of implication, is of great importance. Because, for the two world fortunes, to understand the purpose of the Qur'an and Sunnah, which shape the social life in a certain system, and to reveal the legal provision from this understanding is to know the meanings of the words. In addition, in order to reveal a literary art, literary elements must be mastered and it is necessary to have a sense of expressing the imagined meaning with different words and styles. Because of this importance, the relationship between wording and meaning in the discourse of rhetoric and jurisprudence has been examined meticulously. This study which discusses determining the value of literary works and the relation of jurisprudence as a method of understanding statement and tradition which is a discipline of the rhetoric science that is a method of proof for miraculousness of the Qur'an, consists of two chapters and results after the introduction. In the introduction part of the study, the subject of the study, its purpose, the sources, literature studies and the method of the research are discussed. In the first chapter of the dissertation, after analyzing the concepts of rhetoric and fluency, the motives that led to the emergence of rhetoric sciences, the disciplines that contributed to attain a distinct identity and the historical background of the development process were examined. Subsequently, the development of the Islamic jurisprudence from the first period of Islam to the present, and the authors of the works on the methodology of the rhetoric and jurisprudence, and their works related to the field were discussed. In the second chapter of the dissertation, the relationship between the rhetoric and jurisprudence is examined. In the framework of the relationship between the two disciplines, first, the theory of statement and second the theory of the implication were discussed in the context of both disciplines. Finally, truth, metaphor, parts of metaphor, similitude and comparison, explicit, allusion and antithesis subjects, which are of great importance for both disciplines, are discussed.
