Özet
Libya 19. yüzyılın başlarından bu yana petrol ve gaz üreten ve ihraç eden ülkelerden biridir. Aynı zamanda, yanıcı maddelere sübvansiyon uygulanması nedeniyle yanıcı maddeler ve petrol türevleri açısından dünyanın en ucuz ülkelerinden biridir. Buna rağmen dünyanın çoğu ülkesi gibi Libya da siyasi ve ekonomik sorunlardan uzak değildir. 2011'de olanlar bunun iyi bir kanıtıdır. 2011'den, yani iktidar çatışmalarının ve Şubat devriminin başlamasından itibaren bugüne kadar ülke, rejimi değiştirmeyi ve silah gücüyle iktidarı ele geçirmeyi amaçlayan çatışmaların etkisi altında kalmıştır, bu çatışmalar bugün de, yani 2018'de de deva etmekte ve ülkenin bugün de devam eden bir düzensizlik durumuna sokmaktadır. Tüm bu olaylar politik, ekonomik veya sosyal nitelikte farklı krizler için neden oluşturmaya ve halen devam etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı dikkatleri Libya vatandaşları için ağır bir yük halinde gelmiş olan bu krizler üzerine çevrilmesini sağlamaktır. Ancak araştırmanın temel amacı Libya'daki yakıt ve bazı petrol türevlerindeki krizlerin yerel pazar ve tüketici davranışları üzerindeki olumsuz etkilerinin incelenmesidir. Verilerin elde edilmesinde anket yönteminin kullanıldığı araştırmanın kapsamı olarak Libya'nın kuzeyi ile orta ve batı bölgeleri belirlenmiştir. Bunun nedeni ise bu bölgelerin Libya nüfusunun %60'ından fazlasını temsil etmesidir.

Libya is among the producing and exporting countries of petroleum and gas since the1960s of last century. It is also among the most cheapest countries of the world in terms of the price of combustibles and petroleum derivatives due to the policy of subsidy of combustibles. Nevertheless, Libya is not far from political and economical problems as the case with most of the world countries. What has occurred in 2011 is a good evidence on this. Since 2011, i.e., since the beginning of the conflict on power and the onset of the February revolution until this current time, crises have hit the country due to these political disputes which have become armed to change the regime and take on power with the force of arm, letting the country entering a state of disorder which is still continuous until this current time, 2018. All of these events were and still a fruitful ground of crises of different kinds whether political, economical or social. The topic of this investigation is spotting the light on these crises which have become a burden on the citizen in Libya. Specifically, the crisis of fuel and some petroleum derivatives in Libya and its negative impacts whether on the local market or on the behavior of the customer in Libya. Data were collected via a questionnaire form of the boundaries of the research were the middle region and the western region of the Libyan north since this region represents more than 60% of the Libyan population.
