Özet
Bu çalışma, Sultan II. Mustafa'nın saltanat yıllarında (1107-1115 / 1695-1703) tutulmuş Ceyb-i Hümâyûn defterlerini tasnif ve tahlil ederek; Ceyb-i Hümâyûn'un bir çeşit devlet hazinesi mi yoksa padişaha ait şahsî bir hazine mi olduğunun tespit edilmesi, Ceyb-i Hümâyûn defterlerinde adları geçen altın, guruş, zolata ve akçe gibi nakit cinslerinin birbirleri arasındaki dönüşüm oranlarının tespit edilmesi, Ceyb-i Hümâyûn defterlerinde saray görevlilerine verildiği zikredilen meblağlar üzerinden saray teşkilatındaki görevliler arasındaki hiyerarşinin tespit edilmesi ve defterlerde adı geçen görevliler üzerinden saray teşkilatı ile ilgili tespitlere ulaşılması şeklindeki dört temel problemi çözme iddiası taşımaktadır. Bu problemler dışında Osmanlı Devleti'nin İç Hazinesi ve İç Hazinenin alt kollarından biri olan Ceyb-i Hümâyûn Hazinesi'nin Osmanlı maliye teşkilatı içerisindeki yeri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.

The purpose of this study is to bring classification and analyze the account of Djayb-ı Humâyûn which had been kept in the reign of Sultan Mustafa II who ruled the Ottoman Empire between 1695 and 1703 and aims to solve four fundamental issues. First issue to be unfastened is that whether this treasure was belong to the state or it was the personal treasure of Sultan Mustafa ll. Second conundrum to be addressed is the determination of the exchange rate among coins which were altın, guruş, zolata and akçe. Third case of the study is the hierarchy in the organization of the palace which is planned to be solved by the differences of salaries of the officials. Fourth and the last issue is the clarification of ranking in the structure of palace by officials. Apart from these matters, the importance and the ranking of Djayb-ı Humâyûn in the Ottoman financial system has been aimed to brought to light.
