Özet
Yüz doksan dokuz adet makarnalık buğday genotipinin Fusarium pseudograminearum' a karşı reaksiyonları büyütme odası koşullarında ve serada belirlenmiştir. Büyütme odası koşullarında 15 adet genotip dayanıklı, 20 adet genotip orta derecede dayanıklı, 134 adet genotip orta derecede hassas, 30 adet genotip ise hassas reaksiyon göstermiştir, Sera koşullarında 19 adet genotip dayanıklı, 16 adet genotip orta derecede dayanıklı, 121 adet genotip orta derecede hassas, 43 adet genotip ise hassas reaksiyon göstermiştir. Hem büyütme odasında fide dayanıklılığı hem de serada olgun bitki dayanıklılığı denemelerinde 2 adet genotip dayanıklı, 2 adet genotip orta derece dayanıklı, 85 adet genotip orta derece hassas, 7 adet genotip ise hassas reaksiyon göstermiştir. Dayanıklı ve orta derece dayanıklı genotipler ıslah çalışmalarında kullanılabilir.

Reactions of 199 durum wheat genotypes against Fusarium pseudograminearum were determined under growth room and greenhouse conditions. Under growth room conditions, 15, 20, 134 and 30 genotypes were resistant, moderately resistant, moderately susceptible and susceptible, respectively. Under greenhouse conditions, 19, 16, 121 and 43 genotypes were resistant, moderately resistant, moderately susceptible and susceptible, respectively. In both growth room and greenhouse conditions, 2, 2, 85 and 7 genotypes were resistant, moderately resistant, moderately susceptible and susceptible, respectively. Resistant and moderately resistant genotypes could be used in breeding studies.
