Özet

Aile, her çağda ve her toplumda insan topluluklarının oluşmasını sağlayan temel bir kurum olmuştur. Ailenin temel bir kurum olmasının nedenlerden biri, çocuğun toplumsallaşmasında oynadığı roldür. Aile ortamının çocuk için en güvenli ortam olduğu düşünülmekle birlikte, pek çok anne-baba çocuklarını terbiye etme, disipline etme gerekçesiyle bilinçli ya da bilinçsiz olarak onlara zarar vererek, fiziksel ruhsal, zihinsel ve toplumsal gelişmelerini olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir(Ovacik, 2008, s. 1). Yüksek lisans tezinin konusu, aile içi şiddeti, daha da açmak gerekirse çocuklara uygulanan şiddeti ve olumsuz sonuçlarını içermektedir. Çocuklara uygulanan şiddete yönelik çıkarılan ülke içi ve uluslararası kanunların temel alındığı yüksek lisans tezinde, UNISEF tarafından 2013 yılında aile içi çocuğa yönelik yapılan şiddetin şekilleri, yayılma alanları ve istatistikleri hakkındaki geniş kapsamlı araştırmaya yer verilmiştir. Tez çalışmasında ayrıca genç hukukçular derneği tarafından aile içi şiddete yönelik mahkemeler tarafından alınan kararlar hakkındaki verilerin raporlarına da değinilmektedir. Çalışmamızda, şiddetin temelinde yatan gerçeklere, şekillerine, engellenmesi için uygulanacak yöntemlere ve psikologların düşüncelerine değinilmektedir. Temel varsayımların gerçek hikâyelerin genellemesi üzerine ele alındığı yüksek lisans tez çalışmamızın temelinde, gerçek insanların hikâyeleri, onların duygu ve hisleri, şiddete karşı tutumları yatmaktadır.

Family has been a fundamental establishment tht provides generation ohf human communities in every era and sociyety. One of the reasons which makes family a fundamental establishment is the child's role in becoming socialized. Although it is common belief tht family environment is the most secure atmosphere for a child, substantial number of parantes do either international or accidental harmwhile educating and discipline their children which leads to unfavorable consequences in child's physical. Psychological, mental and social development.(Ovacik, 2008, p.1) The Masters Thesis represents the research of violence in the families, particularly child abuse and its negative results. Reports of child abuse are considered according to the law existing in my country as well as to the international conventions. The large scale research which was carried out by INISEF in 2013 is represented in the work which shows the cases of child abuse in families, forms of violence, areas and statistics. Also, I would like to represent you the report of Young Lawyers Association of Georgia dealing with violence in families and the verdicts. After getting Bachelors Degree in 2014 I took part in Turkish Programme for getting a grant and I won. I continued study in Turkey on the faculty of human rights and freedom. During the period of study I got acquanted with two young people and now we are good friends and the motivated me to work on this problem. Their histories became the reason of the beggining why I am trying to show you closer the facts of violence and reveal the negatives which we see around us everyday, and that reason of those negatives lies in the victims' psycology who were the subjects to violence in this or that form in their childhood. Today I can touch this forbidden aspect. In my country many people are the the subject to the so called“traditional”violence in this or that form and that is more dangerous that it is accepted in many familis as usual for many years. And to avoid or eliminate theese harmful habits its necessary to have courage. The motive of my interest follows the actuality of the problem. It makes easier for me to become aware and to bring all seen and understood by me before you. Theese are my friends who had to fight quite a lot to survive physically as well as mentally. Today despite their efforts to overcome everything what had happend to them in their childhood, the are still partially captured by their past and this is seen in their relationship with the people around them. To my mind, their main victory is their sincery confession, this way they appeal to all violence victims whether it is the teenager, adult, man or woman to protest direct or indirect violence, to behave according to the law, to forget stereotyped thinking and by this way to help to appear solidarity in the society.
