One of joint types used in the system in the chock. The chock has the ability to pcoduce and to transfer the horizontal forces and so for has the effect of joining the machine parts. The chocks can be wed after the chock holes are opened. The chocks have the forces of cutting and bending and they have to face these forces. The chocks must specialy be designecfor the cutting forces. Another element wed for the joints is the screws. The joint screws are generaly non precions and triangle screws with the male. Part opened by machine and the female part by a screw tap. The triangle screw are as they are used to join two or more part, called joint screws. When use mention joint screw the screw can be as metric screw. With dimenstions in milimeters and withworth screws with dimensions in inches. Another method of making joints is welding. General welding is joining two same or differen metal pieces by the effect of heat and make them one piece. As this joint is very ensy and fest it is cheaps than the other joints. All the machines need to be ailed periodically. Joher the machine part work in the mehis of touching metals the machine part in a short time because off-awty; There fore we have to form a oil-film to prevent this result. As desaribed herein all the construction dimension has been found outs the resistance calculations has been made and checked. Acccording to these cakulatic the winch has been manifactured and tested while working. And it is proved that the winch is goof in efeficinec and also safe in use. xvThe safe operation of the weign lifting devices are also of great importance. Statistics shaw that in many of the work accidents the reason is not lightening the load properly. So we not only take a safe ty factor for fallinig but also for the sliding of the load. The load handling equipment should be in the design to not to damage the load, can be used easily and should be light in weight. In ous system as a load handling equipment a single hook is chopsen ve the calculations were done so. In our todays technology this kind of load handling devices are generaly used. The hook bloke is designed with a rotation of 211 or 4/1 according to the capasity. The hook can have a specility of rotating 360°. Also there exists a safety latch to prevent the load to faal down the hook. The rope reels are also dimersion according to the hook block. The crains and winches are in need of a brake, a motion stapping device in order to get the necessary working safety. Man has designed several types of brakes so as to function in different types and working conoltion. The brekas are designed into theree group saccording to the purposes they do. Landing brakes; are the brakes which take the kinetic enegy of the landing load ve adjusts the landing speed stop brakes; are the brakes which take the kinetic energy of the crain o the car and stops the action of it. Handling brakes; are the brakes cohich lets the load to be hanged while lifting and landing the bad. Normally the handling brakes as so in stop brakes takes the kinetic energey of the rotation parts of the load of lifting device and takes the potential energy tiil the and of the motion of the load. The bearing in the system are ball bearings. The ball bearings have the foolovoing superionihes; Less frictic on the stat up, facing awial forces, need of small spaces, light in weight, lees maintesance, less oil need, easy installation no matter the shaft is vertic or horizontall, small horizontal spacings, standardised always have stand-by ones. But besides this they also have discovntayes; they are expensive, installed from multi materials, should be carefully fitted and loosen, difficulties in thightining and loosening, normaly can not face hard works, always have same noise. Joining the machine elements takes a diffferent part in the design of the construction if we are plannig to loasen the joint pars in the future use have to apply a loosenable jaint. If we do not plan to loasen them in the future we to apply a simple and much more cheap joint type.
