Özet
Teknolojinin her geçen gün biraz daha gelişmesi, İnternet'in bulunması ve yaygınlaşması eğitim alanında değişimlere sebep olmuştur. Bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri, İnternet ile birleşerek eğitimde yeni, esnek ve daha kullanışlı ortamlar olan E-öğrenmeyi oluşturmuştur. E-öğrenme sürecinde, katılımcıların davranışlarının gelişmesi ve değişmesinde önemli ölçüde etkili olan unsurdan biri ise tutumlardır. Bu araştırmada E-öğrenmeye yönelik geçerliği ve güvenirliliği hesaplanmış bir tutum ölçeği uyarlanması hedeflenmiştir. Çünkü E-öğrenmenin daha uzun süreler boyunca kullanılacağı ve bu ortamlara yönelik tutum faktörünün incelenmesinin başarı, etkililik ve verimliliği artırması açısından önemli olacağı düşünülmektedir. Bu araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Necmettin Erbakan Üniversitesi, Selçuk Üniversitesi ve KTO Karatay Üniversitesinde öğrenim görmekte olan 1721 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Verilerin elde edilmesinde araştırmacıların Türkçeye çevirdikleri tutum ölçeği ve araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanmış demografik veri formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde ise SPSS 21.0 ve LISREL 8.71 programından yararlanılmıştır. E-öğrenmeye yönelik geçerliği ve güvenirliği olan bir ölçek uyarlamak amacı ile gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmaların sonunda, 36 madde ve tek faktörden oluşan ölçek, 23 maddeden oluşan dört faktör içeren ölçek halini almıştır. Bu ölçeğin KMO değeri 0,847, Bartlett testi değeri ise χ2= 8821,036; sd=253; p= ,000 bulunmuştur. Bu ölçeğin maddeleri ölçek toplam varyansın= % 44,94'ünü açıklamaktadır. Ayrıca ölçek faktörlerinin ve maddelerinin kabul edilebilirliği mükemmel uyum göstermektedir. Bu ölçeğin güvenirliğine bakmak için yapılan analizler doğrultusunda cronbach alfa değerinin α = 0,789 çıktığı, kararlılık korelasyonunun ise 0,95 çıktığı da elde edilen diğer bulgular arasındadır. Bu anlamda denilebilmektedir ki E-öğrenmeye yönelik tutumları belirlemek amacı ile uyarlanan bu ölçeğin, geçerliği ve güvenirliği yüksektir.

The development of technology a little more each day, the presence and spread of the Internet has caused changes in the field of education. Information and communication technologies have combined with the Internet to create new, flexible and more useful e-learning environments in education. In the e-learning process, attitudes are one of the most important factors in the development and change of the participants' behaviors. In this study, it was aimed to adapt an attitude scale for E-learning with validity and reliability. Because E-learning will be used for longer periods and it is thought that examining the attitude factor towards these environments will be important in terms of increasing success, effectiveness and efficiency. The study group of this study consisted of 1721 students studying at Necmettin Erbakan University, Selçuk University and KTO Karatay University. In order to obtain the data, the attitude scale translated into Turkish by the researchers and the demographic data form prepared by the researchers were used. SPSS 21.0 and LISREL 8.71 program were used for data analysis. At the end of the studies to adapt a scale with validity and reliability for E-learning, the scale, consisting of 36 items and a single factor, became a scale with four factors consisting of 23 items. KMO value of this scale was 0.847 and Bartlett test value was χ2= 8821,036; sd=253; p= ,000. The items of this scale explain 44.94% of the total variance. The acceptability of the scale factors and items showed a perfect fit. The cronbach alpha value was found to be α = 0.789 and the stability correlation was found to be 0.95 according to the analyzes conducted to examine the reliability of this scale. In this sense, it can be said that the validity and reliability of this scale, which was adapted to determine attitudes towards E-learning, was high.
