Özet
Araştırmanın amacı üstün yetenekli lise öğrencilerinin küresel sosyal sorumluluk düzeyleri ve Suriyeli sığınmacılarla ilgili tutumlarının sosyal zeka ile ilişkisinin incelenmesidir. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından özel yetenekli birey tanısı almış, 2018-2019 eğitim – öğretim yılında Beşiktaş Bilim ve Sanat Merkezi'ne devam eden 74 öğrenci araştırmanın örneklemini oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplamada araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen“Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, sosyal zeka düzeyinin belirlenmesi amacıyla“Tromso Sosyal Zeka Ölçeği”, küresel sosyal sorumluluk düzeylerinin belirlenmesi için“Küresel Sosyal Sorumluluk Ölçeği”, Suriyeli sığınmacılara yönelik tutumların değerlendirilmesi için“Üniversite Öğrencilerinin Suriyeli Sığınmacılarla İlgili Tutum Ölçeği”kullanılmıştır. Veri girişi için IBM SPSS 22.0 programı kullanılmış ve manidarlıklar p<,05 düzeyinde sınanmıştır. Verilerin yorumlanması için tanımlayıcı analizler, t test, Kruskal Wallis-H testi, Mann Whitney-U testi, Spearman korelasyon, Basit Doğrusal Regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre, üstün yetenekli lise öğrencilerinin sosyal zekalarının küresel sosyal sorumluluk ve alt boyutlarını yordadığı tespit edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin sosyal zeka düzeylerinin arttıkça küresel sosyal sorumluluk düzeylerinin arttığı görülmüştür. Sosyal zeka ile küresel sosyal sorumluluk, eyleme dönük sorumluluk, ekolojik sorumluluk ve özgeci sorumluluk arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişki saptanmıştır. Sosyal zeka ve Suriyeli sığınmacılar ile ilgili tutumlar arasında anlamlı ilişki bulunmamıştır. Üstün yetenekli lise öğrencilerinin sosyal zekalarının sosyal sorumluluk ve İngilizce düzeylerine göre anlamlı farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmaya katılan öğrencilerin küresel sosyal sorumluluk düzeylerinin cinsiyet, sınıf, aile geliri, sosyal sorumluluk projelerine katılım değişkenlerine göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca öğrencilerin Suriyeli sığınmacılarla ilgili tutumlarının cinsiyet, aile gelir düzeyi, sosyal sorumluluk projelerine katılım durumu, Suriyelilerle karşılaşma sıklığı, ikinci yabancı dil bilme, gündemi konuştuğu kişiler değişkenlerine göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaştığı görülmüştür.

The aim of the study is to investigate the global social responsibility levels of gifted high school students and their attitudes towards Syrian refugees with social intelligence. In the 2018-2019 academic year, 74 students selected among the students attending Beşiktaş Science and Art Center as the sample. For the data collection Personal Information Form, Tromso Social Intelligence Scale, Global Social Responsibility Scale, The Attitude of Syrian Refugees for University Students Scale analyzed with IBM SPSS 22.0 program. Descriptive analyzes, t-test, Kruskal Wallis-H, Mann Whitney-U test, Correlation, Simple Linear Regression analysis were performed. According to the findings, the social intelligence of the gifted high school students predicted the global social responsibility and its sub-dimensions. As the level of social intelligence of the students increased, the levels of global social responsibility increased. A significant positive correlation was found between social intelligence and global social responsibility, action-oriented responsibility, ecological responsibility and altruistic responsibility. There was no significant relationship between social intelligence and attitudes towards refugees. Moreover, the social intelligence of the gifted high school students differed significantly according to their social responsibility participation and English level. The global social responsibility levels of the students participating in the study differed significantly in terms of gender, class, family income and participation in social responsibility projects. Furthermore, the attitudes of the students towards Syrian refugees differed significantly according to gender, family income level, participation in social responsibility projects, frequency of encounter with Syrians, knowledge of second foreign language, and the people who talked to the agenda.
