Özet
Bu çalışma, Bingöl Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Toprak Bölümü laboratuvarında kontrollü koşullarda 6 ekmeklik buğday (Triticum aestivum L.) çeşidi tesadüf parsellerine göre 4 tekerrürlü olarak toplam 48 saksı ile düzenlenmiştir. Buğday çeşitlerine, kuyu suyu (yeraltı suyu) ve mevcut suyun akvaryum hava pompası ile oksijenlendirilmesi şeklinde şeklinde sulama yapılmıştır. Bitkiler 45 günlük süre ile yetiştirilmiş ve toprak üstü aksamında bazı fiziksel ve kimyasal özelliklere oksijenlendirilmiş suyun etkisinin verilere göre değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.Çalışma sonucunda oksijenlendirilmiş su, bitki boyu üzerine olumlu ve önemli bir etkide bulunmuştur. Bitkilere kuyu suyu ve oksijenlendiriliş kuyu suyu uygulanması sonucunda kuru madde ağırlığında farklılık olmadığı görülmüştür. Oksijenlendirilmiş su, buğday çeşitlerinde P, K, Ca, Cu ve Zn içeriğini arttırmıştır. Mn ve Na içeriğini ise azaltıcı etkide bulunmuştur. Bitkilerde Fe içeriğinde ise 3 çeşitte artırıcı, 3 çeşitte ise azaltıcı etkide bulunmuştur.Bu uygulamanın buğday bitkisinin erken dönemlerine etkilerine bakıldığında, oksijenlendirilmiş suyun olumlu etkilerinin daha çok olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Ayrıca çoğu bitki besin elementi üzerine de olumlu etkileri olmuştur.Sudaki oksijenin bazı elementlerin alımını kökler tarafından arttırdığı belirlenmiştir.

This study has been conducted to total 48 plant pots according to 4 bread wheat types under controlled conditions in the laboratuary of Soil Department of Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Bingöl, Irrigation has been performed to the types of bread wheats, by way of oxygenation of present water and well water through the aquarium air pump. The plants have been grown for a period of 45 days and the evaluation of the affect of oxygenated water on the upper soil parts to some physical and chemical features has been aimed.After the study, it has been found out that the oxygenated water had a positive and important affect on the length of the plant. It has been noticed that there is not any difference in the weight of dry matter after the application of well water and oxygenated water. The oxygenated water has increased P, K, Ca, Cu and Zn contents in various wheat types and has made an affect to decrease the content of Mn and Na. On the plants, the content of Fe has decreased in three kinds and increased in another three kinds.Considering the affects of this application on the wheats early periods, it has been observed that the affects of positive oxygenated water is a lot more. Further it has had positive affects on the nutrition elements of the most plants. It has been identified that the oxygen in the water has increased the introsusception of some elements by the roots.
