Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Antepfıstığının hasadı için bir hasat makinası geliştirilmesidir. Harran Üniversitesi Osman Bey Kampüsü içerisinde yer alan Ziraat Fakültesi Döner Sermaye Müdürlüğü'ne ait fıstıklık alanda Antepfıstığının makina ile hasadı için gereken parametreler toplanmıştır. Antepfıstığı ağaçlarının olgunlaşma zamanı ve meyve özellikleri incelenmiştir ve mümkün olan en yüksek oranda başarılı hasat için uygun mekanizma ve teknik belirlenerek hasat makinası tasarımına geçilmiştir. Bu çalışmada hedef ağaç gövdesine temas etmeden sadece olgunlaşmış meyve ile temas edecek, dal ve yapraklara zarar vermeden hasat işlemini hassas bir şekilde yapabilecek mekanizmanın geliştirilmesidir. Bu çalışmada Antepfıstığı hasat makinası vakum sisteminin tasarımından prototip imalatına kadar olan süreç kısaca özetlenmiştir. Makinenin tüm mekanik ve fiziksel özellikleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Vakum, konveyörler ve makaraların tasarımı ile ilgili bütün yasalar, parametreler ve formüller açıklanmıştır. Yapılan hesaplamalar ve elde edilen sonuçlar tablolar halinde değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; en uygun hasat verimini sağlayan optimum debi gücü 39611.1 m3/saat, devir 6480 devir/dakika ve hasat verimi %80 olarak belirlenmiştir. The aim of this study is to develop a harvesting machine for the harvesting of pistachios. The parameters required for the harvesting of Pistachio by machine were collected in the peanut area of the Rotary Capital Directorate of the Faculty of Agriculture within the Harran University Osman Bey Campus. The ripening time and fruit characteristics of the pistachio trees were investigated and the appropriate mechanism and technique for successful harvesting were determined and the design of the harvester was started. The aim of this study is; without touching the tree trunk, it will only come into contact with the ripe fruit and develop the mechanism that can make the harvest process without damaging the branches and leaves. In this study, the process from the design of the vacuum pump harvester machine to the prototype is briefly summarized. All mechanical and physical properties of the machine are given. All laws, parameters and formulas relating to the design of vacuum, conveyors and rollers are described. The calculations and the results obtained were evaluated as tables. As a result; The optimum flow rate was determined as 39611.1 m3 / hour, 6480 rev / min and harvest yield as 80%.
