Özet
Bu araştırmada; sınıf öğretmenlerinin sınıf yönetimi yeterliklerinin öğretmen ve öğrenci görüşlerine göre değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada betimsel türde genel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Bayındır (2001) tarafından geliştirilen anket, Ağrı ili Doğubayazıt ilçesindeki 155 ilkokul 4. sınıf öğretmenine ve 2627 ilkokul 4. sınıf öğrencisine uygulanmıştır. Her iki anket formu iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde kişisel bilgiler ve bağımsız sorular, ikinci bölümde bağımlı sorular yer almaktadır. Kaynak gruplar; yaş, cinsiyet, kıdem, mezun olunan okul, medeni hal, öğretim değişkenlerini bilme ve uygulamaları bakımından karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışma 5 bölümden oluşmaktadır. Bunlar; giriş, literatür incelemesi, yöntem, bulgular ve tartışma, sonuçlar ve önerilerdir. Elde edilen verilerin istatistiki çözümlemelerinde p<0.05 düzeyinde anlamlı bulunan sonuçlar tablolarla gösterilmiş ve değerlendirilmiştir. Anlamlı bir farklılık göstermeyen gruplar araştırma dışı bırakılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre öğretmenlerin sınıf yönetimi yeterliklerine ilişkin öğretmen ve öğrenci görüşleri arasında anlamlı bir fark gözlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre yapılan bazı öneriler şunlardır; etkili sınıf yönetimi ve kaliteli bir iletişim için öğrenciler iyi tanınmalıdır. Kurallar adilce uygulanıp öğretmen olarak iyi bir model olunmalıdır. Ayrıca öğrencilerin ilgi ve ihtiyaçları göz ardı edilmeden, sınıfın fiziki değişkenleri öğrencilere göre ayarlanmalıdır.

In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the classroom management competencies of classroom teachers according to the opinions of teachers and students. Descriptive scan mode was used in this study. 2 questionnaires formed by Bayındır (2001) in order to be applied to both teachers and students, were applied to 155 4th grade teachers of the primary school, and 2627 4th grade students of the primary school in Doğubayazıt district of Ağrı province.Both questionnaires consist of two parts. There are personal information and independent questions in the first section, Dependent questions are in the second section. The resource groups were compared in terms of knowing and applying of the variables, such as age, gender, seniority, graduated school, marital status, education. The study consists of 5 sections. These are; introduction, literature review, methods, findings, discussion, conclusions and recommendations. In the statistical analysis of the data obtained, the conclusions determined as significant at p<0.05 level were revealed and evaluated with tables. The groups, not representing any significant difference weren't included in the study. According to the findings of the research, a significant difference was observed between the opinions of the teachers and the students in respect of the classroom management competencies of teachers. Some suggestions made in accordance with the findings of the research are as follows; know your students well, implement the rules fairly, become a good model as a teacher, do not ignore the needs and interests of your students, adjust physical variables of the class according to your students.
