Özet
Endüstri 4.0, hayatımızın her alanını şekillendiren teknolojileri ile sağlık sektörünün araştırma konusu olmuştur. Bu çalışma da Endüstri 4.0'ın sağlık sektöründe meydana getirdiği yeniliklerin (nesnelerin interneti, akıllı robotlar, giyilebilir teknolojiler, büyük veri, siber fiziksel sistemler ve yapay zeka) kullanım niyetinin altında yer alan temel faktörlerin tespiti amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaçla Davis (1986) ile Karahanna ve arkadaşları (2006) tarafından geliştirilen“Teknoloji Kabul Modeli”nden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırmada model içerisinde yer alan algılanan fayda, algılanan kullanım kolaylığı, tutum ve niyet boyutları incelenmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Ankara ili Çankaya ilçesinde faaliyet gösteren 11 özel hastanede ve bir üniversite hastanesinde radyoloji bölümünde görev yapan toplamda 266 doktor, teknisyen ve hemşire ile anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Uygulama sonucunda elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesinde Bağımsız Örneklem T-Testi, Basit Doğrusal Regresyon Analizi ve aracı değişken etkisinin değerlendirilmesinde ise Hayes'in (2013) SPSS (Sosyal Bilimler için İstatistik Paketi) için geliştirdiği Process Makro eklentisi kullanılmıştır. Process Makro'da, aracı değişken bootstrap model 4 analizi esas alınmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında oluşturulan hipotezler sonucunda, bireylerin Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerini benimsemeye yönelik kullanım kolaylığı algısının, bu teknolojiyi kullanıma yönelik tutum ve fayda algısı üzerinde olumlu etkiye sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Yine, bireylerin Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerini kullanmaya yönelik tutumlarının, bu teknolojiyi kabul niyeti üzerinde ve Endüstri 4.0 teknolojilerini benimsemeye yönelik fayda algılarının, bu teknolojiyi kullanımına yönelik tutumu üzerinde olumlu etkiye sahip olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Benzer şekilde fayda algısının, kullanım kolaylığı algısı ve tutum arasındaki ilişkide ve kullanım kolaylığı algısının, fayda algısı ve niyet arasındaki ilişkide kısmi aracı etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Son olarak görev yapılan kurum değişkenine göre ise anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Industry 4.0 has been the subject of research in the health sector with its technologies that shape every aspect of our lives. This study was carried out in order to determine the main factors underlying the intention of using the innovations (internet of things, intelligent robot, wearable technology, big data, cyber physical systems and artificial inttelligence) brought by Industry 4.0 in the health sector. For this purpose, Technology Acceptance Model developed by Davis (1986) and Karahanna et al. (2006) was used. In this research, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude and behavioral intention were examined. For this purpose, a total of 266 physicians, technicians and nurses working in 11 private hospitals and one university hospital in Çankaya district of Ankara were surveyed. Independent Sample T-Test and Simple Linear Regression Analysis were used for the analysis of the data obtained from the application and the Process Macro plugin developed by Hayes (2013) for SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) was used for the evaluation of the mediator variable effect. The Process Macro is based on a tool variable bootstrap model 4 analysis. As a result of the hypotheses formed within the scope of the research, it was seen that the perception of ease of use towards adopting the Industry 4.0 technologies had a positive effect on the attitude and utility perception towards the use of this technology.Again, it was found that the attitudes of individuals towards using Industry 4.0 technologies had a positive effect on the intention of accepting this technology and the perceptions of benefit pertaining to adopting Industry 4.0 technologies on the attitude towards using this technology. Similarly, it was determined that utility perception had a partial mediator effect in the relationship between ease of use perception and attitude, and ease of use perception in the relationship between benefit perception and intention. Finally, it is concluded that there is no significant difference according to the institution variable. Key Words : Industry 4.0, Health 4.0, Health Sector, Technology Acceptance Model.
