Özet
Bu tezde, hadis âlimlerinin eserlerine rivâyetleri seçerken râvînin bidʿat ehlinden olmakla itham edilmiş olmasını ne ölçüde göz önünde bulundurduklarına ve bidʿat ehlinden hadis rivâyetinin boyutlarına dair bir incelemede bulunulmuştur. Râvîyi itikâdî yönden tenkit etmenin mahiyeti, işleyişi ve Hadis sahası bütününde ne anlama geldiğine dair bir yoruma ulaşmak amaçlanmıştır. Tezin birinci bölümünde itikad yönünden cerh edilmenin ifadesi olan“bidʿat”ve“ehl-i bidʿatten olma”ifadeleriyle ilgili bilgiler verilmiş, Ehl-i Sünnet- ehl-i bidʿat ayrışmasının tarihsel arka planına dair bilgiler anlatılmıştır. Bidʿat ehlinden olmakla itham edilen râvîlerden rivâyet alma hususundaki görüşlere ve bu çalışmada bidʿat ehli râvîlerin tespiti için incelenen hicrî üçüncü asırda yazılmış eser müelliflerinin cerh ve ta'dil anlayışlarına dair bazı hususlara değinilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, tespit edilen bidʿat ehli olmakla itham edilen râvîler üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu râvîlerin ne tür özellik ve gerekçelerle eleştirildikleri ile kendilerinden hadis rivâyetinde bulunup bulunmama arasında nasıl bir bağın olduğuna dair yorumlarda bulunulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde ise bidʿat ehli olmakla itham edilen bazı râvîlerin rivâyetleri üzerinden âlimlerin hangi amaç ve vasıflarla bu râvîlerden rivâyete yer verdiklerine dair değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur.

In this thesis, a study is made to see to what extent the hadith scholars consider that the narrator was accused of being from ahl al-bidʿa when they select the narrations in their works and to see how much the hadith narration from the ahl al-bidʿa was made. It is aimed to reach an interpretation of the nature, functioning and criticism of the hadith field in terms of creed criticism. In the first chapter of the thesis, information is given about“bidʿa”and being from the ahl al-bidʿa which is the expression of criticism in terms of creed and the historical background of the separation of Ahl al-Sunnah and Ahl al-Bid'a is explained. Opinions are mentioned about the narration of the narrators who are accused of being from ahl al-bid'a and some issues related to the views of the authors about jarh and ta'dîl through the works written in the third century which were written order to identify who are from ahl al-bid'a in this study. In the second chapter, the narrators accused of being from ahl al-bid'a are discussed. Remarks have been made on what kind of characteristics and reasons these narrators are criticized and what sort of relation between hadith narration from them there is. In the third chapter, some condolidations are made to see with what purposes and what qualifications the scholars took narrations from some narrators who are accused of being from the ahl al-bidʿa studying the narrations of these narrators.
