Özet
Çevre üzerindeki baskının artmasıyla birlikte ekosistemin sağlıklı bir şekilde devamı tehdit altına girmiş, artan sanayileşme ve hızla artan üretim ve tüketim; doğal dengeyi bozarak çevre kirliliğini artırmış, doğanın kendi kendini yenileyebilme gücü zarar görmüştür. Bu sorunların ortaya çıkması ise insanoğlunun tarih sahnesine çıkmasıyla başlamıştır. Sorunların önlenmesinde rol alması gereken ülkeler ise uzun süre, ekonomik büyüme ve zenginleşme amacını önceleyerek çevrenin korunmasını ikincil planda gören bir anlayışla yönetilmiştir. Günümüzde ise tüm hükümetler söz konusu sorunların çözümü için çeşitli politikalar geliştirmektedir. Söz konusu sorunları ortaya koymak ve bu sorunlara yönelik çözüm üretmek amacıyla hazırlanan çalışmamızda çevre sorunlarının önlenebilmesi ve toplum refahının artırılabilmesi için ülkelerce uygulanan maliye politikalarına değinilmiş ve ülkemizdeki çevre sorunlarının çözümüne yönelik politika önerileri getirilmiştir.

With the increasing pressure on the environment, a healthy continuation of the ecosystem has been threatened, increasing industrialization and rapidly increasing production and consumption; it has increased the environmental pollution by disrupting the natural balance and the nature's self-renewing power has been damaged. The emergence of these problems began with the appearance of mankind on the stage of history. The countries that should play a role in the prevention of problems have been managed for a long time by prioritizing the aim of economic growth and enrichment with an understanding that considers environmental protection as secondary. Today, all governments are developing various policies to solve these problems. In our study, which was prepared in order to reveal these problems and to produce solutions for these problems, the fiscal policies applied by countries in order to prevent environmental problems and increase the welfare of the society were discussed and policy suggestions were made for the solution of environmental problems in our country.
