Özet
Mehdî'nin Ortaya Çıkışının Tarihlendirilmesi konulu çalışmanın amacı, İslam'da ve diğer kültürlerde Mehdî (kurtarıcı) beklentisini ele almak, ortaya çıkan Mehdici hareketleri fikir-hâdise irtibatı bağlamında analiz etmeye çalışmak ve Mehdî/ beklenen kurtarıcı ile ilgili“şu zaman”diyerek geleceği söylenen tarihleri tespit etmektir. Bu çalışmada, İslam kültüründeki Mehdî hareketlerini ve tarihlendirmeleri tespit ederken özellikle h. ilk asırları inceledik. Bununla birlikte zaman zaman yakın tarihte görülen Mehdî örneklerine ve tarihlendirmelere de yer verdik. Çalışma, giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında amaç, çalışmanın yürütüldüğü metod ve başvurulan kaynaklardan bahsedilmiş; çalışmanın kavramsal çerçevesi çizilmiş ve İslam öncesi inanç ve kültürlerde kurtarıcı fikri ele alınarak, onlarda bu konuda yapılan tarihlendirmeler açığa çıkarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Birinci bölümde, Mehdî inancının menşei, bu fikrin İslam kültürüne giriş süreci üzerinde durulmuş; Mehdî hareketlerinin tarihî arka planındaki siyâsî ve sosyo-psikolojik etmenlerden bahsedilmiştir. Yine Emevîler ve Abbâsîler dönemi kurtarıcı fikrinden beslenen hareketlerin bazıları, hem İslam kültüründeki ilk Mehdîlik hareketleri olmaları, hem de tarihlendirme ile alakalarından dolayı kısaca anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca bu bölümde, çalışma konumuzun daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi için Ehl-i Sünnetve Şîa kültüründe var olan Mehdîlik algısı ve beklenen Mehdî'nin özelikleri ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölüm ise, çalışmamızın ana konusu olan tarihlendirmeleri içermektedir. Bu bölümde, Mehdînin geleceği söylenen tarihler her zaman açık biçimde geçmediği için bir sınıflandırmaya tabi tuttuk ve konuyu, Mehdî'nin gelişine birtakım alâmetlerle, meydana gelecek fitnelerle, öncesinde yaşanacak olaylarla işaret edilmesi; Mehdî'nin gelişinin ahir zamanla tarihlendirilmesi, açık bir şekilde tarihlendirilmesi ve kalış süresinin tarihlendirilmesi başlıkları altında inceledik. Sonuç olarak, Mehdî'nin gelişi ile ilgili tarihlendirmeler, Mehdîlik olgusunun dinin konusu olmaktan ziyade, esas itibariyle sosyolojinin bir konusu olduğunu göstermiştir ve bu konu halen güncelliğini korumaktadır.

The objective of the study on Dating of the Arrival of the Mahdi in Islamic Culture is, aproaching on the expectations of Mahdi (savior) in Islam and other cultures, trying to analize the emerging mehdic movements in the context of idea-event connection and detecting the dates that are Saîd“when”the arrival of the Mahdi/Awaited Savior occur. On this study, we researched the first centuries of hijri calendar while detecting the datings and Mahdi movements in Islamic culture. From time to time, we have included the datings and representatives of Mahdi seen in recent history. This study consists of an introduction and two sections. In the introduction part, goal, method of the study and referenced sources are mentioned; conceptual frame of the study is shaped and by approaching the idea of the savior in pre-islamic beliefs and cultures, tried to reveal the datings about this subject on these. In the first section, the root of Mahdi belief, by which contacts and events this idea is enrolled in Islam has tried to be detected. Political and socio-psychological factors at the background of Mahdi movements have been mentioned. Some of the movements based on Emevis and Abbasids period savior ideas have been discussed because of being the first Mehdic movement in Islamic Culture and also their relevance with datings. Besides in this section the existing Mahdism perception in Ehl-i Sunnah and Shi'a culture and charasteristics of the awaited Mahdi are discussed for a better understanding on the subject of our study.. The third section consists the datings which are the main subject of our study. In this section, the dates said when the Mahdi arrives were not always mentioned clearly during our study we classified and analized it under the topics of“dating in the end times of arrival of the Mahdi”,“definite dating”,“Dating the Duration of Remaining of Mahdi”to point out the several signs on arrival of the Mahdi, chaos that will occur, events that will happen before it. As a result, this has showed that the datings about the arrival of the Mahdi were actually the subject of sociology rather than the subject of religion and even now, this point of fact stays still.
