Özet
Toplumda meydana gelen olgu ve olaylar neticesinde toplum mekânı şekillendirmekte mekân ise toplumun bu deneyimlerinden etkilenmektedir. Bir başka deyişle, mekân tüm deneyimleri etkileyerek ya da deneyimlerden etkilenerek yaşama tanıklık etmektedir. Mekân ve mimari tasarımın tanıklığından faydalanma işi boşlukta meydana gelen her“an”ı analiz etmeyi esas almaktadır. Tüm deneyimler gibi suçun da mekân-zaman-olay-insan etkileşiminden oluşan bir“an”olması sebebiyle hukuki süreçlerde mekânın tanıklığından faydalanmanın ve mekânsal analiz yöntemlerinin kullanımının önemi anlaşılmaktadır. Tez çalışması, mekân ve nesnelerin suç eylemine ilişkin bilimsel ve nesnel tanıklığından faydalanarak, insanlık için daha adil, güvenli ve yaşanabilir bir gelecek oluşturulabilir mi sorusuna cevap aramak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Ulusal ve uluslararası literatür taraması yapılmış, adli bilim ve hukuk alanındaki uzmanlarla doğrudan iletişime geçilmiş ve örnek adli vakalar üzerinden inceleme, değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur. Bu bağlamda, suça mekânsal yaklaşım ve adli bir disiplin olarak mimarlığın sorgulayıcı ve pragmatik bir tavır ortaya koyduğu, estetik düşünce ile bilimsel bilgiyi birleştirerek huzur ve adalet ortamını sağlamaya katkıda bulunduğu ve bu yeni çalışma alanının ülkemize de kazandırılmasının gerektiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

As a result of the events and events occurring in the society, the society is shaping the space and the space is affected by these experiences of the society. In other words, the place witnesses life by influencing all experiences or being influenced by experience. The utilization of the testimony of space and architectural design is based on analyzing every“moment”that occurs in the space. As all experiences, also the crime is a“moment”of space-time-event-human interaction it is understood the importance of benefiting from the testimony of space and the use of spatial analysis methods in legal processes. The thesis study was carried out in order to find answers to the question whether a fair, safe and livable future can be created for humanity by benefiting from the scientific and objective testimony of space and objects relating to crime. National and international literature review was conducted and direct contacts were made with experts in the field of forensic science and law. In this context, it has been concluded that the architecture has a questioning and pragmatic attitude as a spatial approach and a forensic discipline, where aesthetic thinking and scientific knowledge contribute to providing an environment of peace and justice and contributes to the provision of justice and this new field of study must also be provided to our country.
