Özet
Sosyo-ekonomik yapı, yerleşim yerlerinin gelişmişlik durumunun analiz edilmesine yardımcı olmaktadır. Bölgeler arasında meydana gelen gelişmişlik farlılıklarının nedenleri ve bu nedenlere yönelik geliştirilecek çözümler, aynı zamanda illerin gelişmesi ve sosyo-ekonomik durumlarının iyileştirilmesine de yardımcı olmaktadır. Erzurum ilinin sosyo-ekonomik yapısının analiz edilmesi amacıyla yapılan bu çalışma ile öncelikle ilin mevcut sosyo-ekonomik yapısı ortaya konulmaya çalışılmaktadır. Daha sonra ilin gelişmişlik düzeyine etki eden sorunlar üzerinde de durulmuş ve beklentilere yönelik çözüm önerileri geliştirilmeye çalışılmaktadır. Bu amaçla, Erzurum ilinin sosyo-ekonomik yapısına yönelik olarak Sosyo-Ekonomik Yapı Ölçeği geliştirilmiştir. Anket Erzurum'un merkez ilçeleri alan Aziziye, Palandöken, Yakutiye ilçelerinde yaşayan 515 kişiye uygulanmıştır. Sonuç ve değerlendirmeler SPSS 25.0 paket programı ile yapılan analizler sonucunda elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen temel sonuçlara göre, Erzurum ilinde işsizlik en önemli iktisadi sorundur (ort:3,62). İlden göç etme eğiliminde olanların oranı %62,1'dir. Buna bağlı olarak iklim, sosyal imkansızlıklar ve ekonomik yetersizlikler göç etmenin ilk üç sebebi olarak görülmektedir. Diğer taraftan ildeki altyapı hizmetleri de yetersiz görülmektedir (ort:2,21). Ekonomik şartların gelecekte daha iyi olabileceği konusundaki beklenti 2,57 ortalama ile kararsızlık düzeyindedir.

The socio-economics structure helps to analyze the development status of the settlements. The causes of development differences between the regions and the solutions to be developed for these reasons also help the development of provinces and improvement of their socio-economic conditions. With the aim of analyzing the socio-economic structure of Erzurum province, the current socio-economic structure of the province is firstly put forward. Then, the problems that affect the development level of the province are also emphasized and solutions are proposed for expectations. For this purpose,“the Socio-economic Structure Scale”was developed fort he socio-economic structure of Erzurum. The survey was applied to 515 people living in Aziziye, Palandöken, Yakutiye districts of Erzurum. Result and evaluations were obtained as a result of the analyzes performed with SPSS 25.0 package program. According to the basic results, unemployment is the most important economic problem in Erzurum (3,62). The rate of those who tend to migrate from the province is 62,1%. Accordingly, climate, social impossibilities and economic inadequacies are seen as the first three reasons of migration. On the other hand, infrastructure services in the province are deemed insufficient (2,21). The expectation that economic conditions may be better in the future is at the level of uncertainty with on average of 2.57.
