Özet
İşletmelerin daha fazla ekonomik kar elde etmek için maliyetlerini minimize etmesi gerekmektedir. Sosyal sermayenin maddi değerleri ya da kişilerin deneyimlerinin, becerilerinin, bilgi ve eğitim birikimlerinin sermayeye katkısı olduğu bilinirken, günümüz aktörlerin bağlarının ve ilişkilerinin de sermaye olarak değerlendirileceği görüşü savunulmaktadır. İşletmelerin sosyal sermaye bilinci ile faaliyetlerini sürdürmesini esas alınması gerekmektedir. Dolayısıyla etkili bir sosyal sermaye sahip işletmelerin diğer işletmelere göre maliyetlerin azaltılması beklenmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı sosyal sermayenin işletme maliyetleri üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Çalışmada 2018 yılı Kütahya'da imalat sektöründe (125 kişi) faaliyet gösteren işletmede çalışan toplam 125 çalışanın 125 katılımcıdan elde edilen anket verileri analize dahil edilmiştir. Tesadüfi olmayan örnekleme yönteminin tercih edildiği çalışmada verilerin analizinde SPSS18 programından yararlanılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda işletmelerin sosyal sermayeye uygulamaları ile işletme maliyetleri arasında statiksel açıdan anlamlı bir ilişki bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Companies have to minimize their costs in order to increase their economical profits As well as it is known that the materialistic values of capital or the experiences, abilities and educational accumulation of people contributes the capital the thought of contributions of the relations and connections of the actors of today is also being supported. Companies should ground on social capital consciousness in their operations. Consequently companies having more effective social capital are being awaited to decrease their costs . The aim of this study is to analyse the effect of the social capital on the costs of the companies . In the study are included two companies, one with 125 personnel in the 125 people of which filled out surveys, the data to be analysed after the same . the program SPSS18 has been used in the analysing of the data applying the method of non coincidental sampling. At the end of the analyse it has been found out that there is a reasonable relations between the companies applying the social capital and their prodcution costs.
