Özet

İnsanoğlunun varoluşundan bu yana onunla birlikte doğan, gelişen ve değişen vazgeçilmez iletişim aracı dildir. İnsanı diğer canlılardan ayıran, onu bu dünya gezegeninde Yüce Allah'ın halifesi olma şerefine çıkaran en kıymetli değeri yine dildir. Fiziksel bir takım parçaların birleşmesi ve birbirleriyle etkileşmesi sonucu iletişim sağlanmakta ve farklılaşmaktadır. Arapçanın en önemli özelliği yapı ve anlam ilişkisinin çok kuvvetli olmasıdır. Arap dilinde seslerin mahreçleri, sıfâtlarının farklılıkları, harflerin oluşturdukları vezin, binâ ve sıyga yapılarının birbirleriyle ve kelime manasıyla olan sıkı ilişki ve uyumu göze çarpmaktadır. Bu uyuma Arap dil yapısının anlamla olan ilişkisini tesbit ederek, birbirleri arası etkilerini ortaya çıkararak ulaşırız. Arap seslerini, mahreçlerini, harflerini, kelimeye, cümleye ve kelâma, aynı zamanda uslûba, belâgata olan katkılarını göstermek amacıyla bu önemli konuyu seçerek konumuzu işlemeye çalıştık.

Özet (Çeviri)

Language is an essential tool of communication that is born, developed and changing along with humans since their existence. It is the out-most thing that separates people from other living creatures, making them worthy of being the Khalifa of Allah Almighty here in this world. Communication is formed through the unification and interaction of physical movements which differ within themselves. The most important attribute of the Arabic language is the fact that it is the relation of structure and meaning is very strong. The things that are most noticeable in the Arabic language are the origins of the sounds (Mahraj), the difference of the adjectives and the harmony ofthe rhythm, the bin'a (no-declension of verbs) and the structure of the tenses (ṣīḡa) coming together with the meaning, forming a tight bond. We reach this harmonization by determining the structure of the Arabic language in unison with the meaning and how they affect one another. We have chosen to work on this topic to demonstrate the contributions of the sounds, mahrajs and letters to the words, sentences, utterance as well as the wording and the art of declamation.
