Özet
Gayrimenkul piyasası bir toplumun sosyal, siyasal, hukuki ve ekonomik olmak üzere birçok yapısı ile ilişkili bir kavram olarak gündeme gelmektedir. Gayrimenkul piyasasına yahut gayrimenkul varlıklara dair bir inceleme yapmak, söz konusu toplumun tüm toplumsal kurum ve süreçlerine hâkim olmayı gerektirmektedir. Buradan hareketle, gayrimenkul piyasasını oluşturan yapılar ve gayrimenkul piyasası üzerinde etki gösteren toplumsal olgu ve olaylar, gayrimenkul piyasasının incelenmesi açısından oldukça önemli bir konuma sahiptir. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti söz konusu olduğunda da gayrimenkul piyasasını anlamak aynı süreci gerektirmektedir. Gayrimenkul piyasası, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti tarihi boyunca toplumun tüm kurumları ile ilgili bir mesele olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Bu kapsamda, ilk olarak gayrimenkul kavramının ne olduğu ve kapsadığı varlıkların belirlenmesi gerekmektedir. Sonrasında, gayrimenkul piyasasının oluşumunda önemli yer tutan yapılar dikkate alınmaktadır. Son olarak ise, tarihsel süreç içerisinde Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nde gayrimenkul piyasasının nasıl bir seyir izlediği ve günümüz ekonomi faaliyetlerindeki alanı tartışmaya açılmaktadır.

The real estate market comes to the fore as a concept related to the social, political, legal and economic structures of a society. Making a moan about the real estate market or real estate assets requires dominance of all social institutions and processes of the society in question. From this point of view, the structures that make up the real estate market and the social phenomena and events that affect the real estate market have a very important position in terms of the real estate market. the Republic of Turkey is concerned, it requires the same process to understand the real estate market. Real estate market, throughout the history of the Republic of Turkey is considered as a matter of dealing with all institutions of society. In this context, it is necessary to first determine what the concept of real estate is and the assets it covers. Subsequently, the structures that take an important place in the formation of the real estate market are taken into consideration. Finally, the field is open to debate on what course of action pursued by today's economy and real estate market in the historical process in Turkey.
